The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of green human resources management on environmentally friendly organizational citizenship behavior and the environmental performance of Semnan University employees. This study is applied research in terms of the purpose and is a type of descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of the study included all employees of Semnan University (550 people) in the academic year 2020-2021. Using the instructions for determining the sample size of Mueller (1999), 234 people (165 women and 69 men) were selected using a stratified random sampling method. The study instrument consisted of standard questionnaires on green human resource management, citizen behavior of an organization supporting the environment, and environmental performance of the university. The content validity was confirmed by experts in this field. To determine the reliability of the scales, Cronbach's alpha test was used, the value of which is equal to 0.80 for measures of creating green competence, 0.72 for methods of strengthening green motivation, and 0.78 for methods of green employee participation, for the organizational citizen in relation to the environment, it was equal to 0.85, and for the environmental performance of the university, it was equal to 0.91. The data were analyzed via correlation and path analysis methods and SPSS and LISREL software. The findings (results) showed that there is a relationship between environmental performance with dimensions of green human resources management (competence development, strengthening motivation, employee participation) and environmentally friendly organizational citizenship behavior. Competence development, increasing green employee motivation, and increasing employee participation have a direct effect on the university's environmental performance. Competence development, increasing green employee motivation, and increasing employee participation have an indirect influence on the environmental performance of the university through the mediation of environmentally friendly organizational citizen behavior. The results of this study indicate the importance of the role of green human resources management in increasing environmentally friendly organizational citizenship behavior and, consequently, increasing the environmental performance of the university.

In recent years, issues related to environmental protection and sustainability in the food sector have become a global concern. Also, the not-so-favorable conditions of our country in terms of environmental protection and the need to pay attention to green concepts at the management levels of organizations led to this innovative research aimed at designing a green quality management model in the food industry with an emphasis on environmental performance improvement. The ultimate purpose of this research is to be practical and in terms of methodology, a descriptive survey was used as well as a qualitative approach that has been done using the Grounded Theory method. To collect data, a library method was conducted within the literature on the subject matter and a purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation principle were used. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were also conducted with 16 officials and experts of companies active in the food industry in Ardabil province. The information obtained from the two phases was combined and data analysis was performed in a three-step process of open coding, axial and selective, with the help of MAXQDA software. The findings of this study show that the paradigm pattern of green quality management in the food industry has 5 components: green human resource management (causal conditions), green management thinking (contextual conditions), technology management, and environmental management system (interventional conditions), green management innovation (strategies) and supply chain green (consequences). Therefore, the success of the food industry to upgrade environmental performance will depend on the establishment and proper implementation of the designed model and the superior management of these components.

To achieve sustainable development, many organizations are planning to employ environmental management systems Therefore, the establishment of management systems such as environmental management systems and green human resources can play a significant role in achieving this goal. This research aims to present a Green Human Resource Model (GHRM) and to define the indicators and components of HRM. At first, using the Delphi method, a rough questionnaire has been developed and then, using a snowball sampling method, the data was collected through semi-structured interviews with human resources experts including management and environmental science professors and human resources specialists in Mashhad’s municipality. After the analysis of the recorded interviews, the green HRM components were identified. In the quantitative phase, a questionnaire was developed using the data collected from the Delphi steps and gathered from the experts. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested using the construct validity method. Utilizing the Cochran formula, 384 municipality staffs take part in the study. Applying structural equations and using the STATA software, the hypotheses were checked the results are as follow: out of eight indicators regarding HRM model, education development and employees’ participation enhancement were not statistically significant. However, the other 6 indicators influenced Mashhad’s municipality environmental performances. According to the estimated standard coefficients, the green development index and green organizational culture development have had the most impact on Mashhad municipality’s environmental performance. The other important factors include green monitoring and evaluation indices, managerial relationships development, development of rewards and compensation for green services and finally, the green choice development. These indicators have had the highest impact on environmental performance, respectively.

Therefore, the paper aims to study the literature on Corporate Social Responsibility and green marketing and analyses the two factors that will influence the performance Environmental Performance. This research was carried out using Structural modeling method and the information based on a questionnaire was used to collect data from 39 employees of Artavil Tires of Ardabil. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between commitment to corporate social responsibility and environmental performance in Artavil Tires (β = 0.531). Also, based on the other results, Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on environmental performance (β = 0.128), and with increasing attention to green marketing, environmental performance is also increased, therefore, the relationship between corporate social responsibility and green marketing with environmental performance is positive and significant, and the effect of corporate social responsibility on environmental performance is more than green marketing.

In this regard, the research with the aim of study the factors related with environmental attitude in the high school students the has been done. The statistical population of this research, were high school students of Tehran that 450 individuals were selected by using of cluster random sampling by using of Cochran formula. The research is of survey type and questionnaire is the tool of data collecting. The questionnaire Validity is of formal type and its reliability is measured using Cronbach's alpha. The results show that is benefit from informed sources and Imagination of the family's environmental performance has a significant relationship with the environmental awareness. Also environemtal awareness and environemtal values has a significant relationship with the environmental attitude. Results of regression analysis show that, according to the adjusted coefficient of determination variables in the regression equation, 18% of the variance of the dependent variable is determined by the independent variables; and environmental values, has the greatest total effect on the environmental attitude.

The effort of countries to increase national income and well-being, if not accompanied by environmental considerations, leads to unrepairable losses. For this reason, the environment over the past few decades has been one of the concerns of human societies. Hence, in recent years, the quality and sustainability of the environment have become very important at both the national and international levels. Many governments have realized that they could not isolate environmental performance apart from other measures of development. Hence, the necessity of HDI improvement with the environmental dimensions was a theme of discussion during the most recent Rio+20-United Nation Conference on Sustainable Development (2012), as part of Millennium Development Goals. Since the Human Development Index can describe social development and economic development simultaneously, the main goal of this study is to examine the impact of the dimensions of human development index, especially education, on the Environmental Performance Index. The results based on the panel data fixed effects model using GLS in the 101 selected countries during 2005-2015 show that the three dimensions of the Human Development Index, namely health, education, and welfare, have a positive and significant effect on the environmental performance.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee participation and environmental performance due to the role of preventive environmental strategies and environmental perspective among staff and faculty members of Sistan and Baluchestan University. The present study is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the study. The population under study in this research (staff and members of the faculty) is 960 people. Cluster sampling method. The sample size is 274 according to Morgan's table. A standard and indigenous questionnaire have been used and the reliability and validity of the research questionnaires have been approved. In this regard, five hypotheses have been developed with regard to the literature and research background, all of which have been approved. Findings indicate that the integration of partnership with preventive environmental strategies and preventive environmental strategies has a meaningful relationship with the environmental performance and modifies the common view of these two relations, as well as the preventive environmental strategy of integration in relation to partnership with biological functioning The environment has a mediating role and all of the research hypotheses are positive and significant.
