This study is performed with the purpose of familiarity of human force working in water and wastewater industry of the country with features and advantages of using deep Aerators as a replace for surface Aerators and also feasibility for using it in Aerated Lagoons processes by using descriptive method from the type of document analysis. Present study in the first step is investigated for improving quality and empowerment of human force of aeration processes in Lagoons and explains related types of methods to each one and then the types of Aerators such as deep, surface mechanical and undersurface Aerators and also pump Aerators of performance method and effective factors on it are investigated that informing these affairs can cause the improvement of scientific level, familiarity with new developments in the world and at last remaining and life of more related organizations. At last by utilizing results arising other researches, a comparison is performed between two methods that the result shows that using deep Aerators instead of surface Aerators had 19.78 percent decline in consumed energy and as a result it will be along with economic saving and increasing efficiency of multiple indices for evaluating waste pollution that we know it as an effective step through correct management of resources and creating sustainable development in water and wastewater industry of the country.

The main purpose of this study was Analyzing farmers' attitudes to sustainable development and some factors affecting on in Rural County West Islamabad. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire which its validity and reliability was determined by sustainable development expert and Cronbach's alpha value calculated from 0.65 to 0.77 for different parts of the questionnaire. For data analysis softwares SPSS20 and Lisrel 8.8 were used. The results factor analysis showed that among three factors: attitude, of "emotional" with coefficient λ =0.60 is greatest amount of variance as the strongest indicators related to attitudes about agricultural sustainability have been identified. Also The results of multivariate regression showed that the only variable between the different variables cultivation positive effect of age predicted a negative effect on people's attitudes in the field of sustainable agriculture. With increased acreage positive attitude and approach them with increasing age MyShvd negative. According to the results, for improveing the attitude of farmers in sustainable agricultural development sugestion were presented.

Groundwater resources are strategic resources and as Iran is facing a lack of water sources for exploitation, the importance of protecting groundwater resources -which are more immune to drought and pollution compared to surface water resources- has doubled. In the current situation, where most of the aquifers of the country are facing a dramatic drop of water levels, it needs especial consideration. Protection of water resources is an important step in the point of view of sustainable development. However, sustainable development is not possible without high participation of people and stakeholders. Thus, the aim of the present study is the multifactor analysis of the methods of improving the general awareness of the stakeholders for their active presence in the process of implementation of effective groundwater management methods in Kerman-Baghein region. The criteria are chosen from the sustainable development literature and the options are prioritized with multi-criteria decision making in compromise programing. The criteria were: increasing the role of the private sector to invest on advertising, educational programs, level of water saving, entrepreneurship , matching the education method with traditions and the public opinion on protection of water resources, period of implementation of the strategy, improving the role of women in water resource protection process, and flexibility. Using the criteria, among the 10 options of the study, investment on films and animations focused on the subject of water resources and the importance of the environment, creation of a target group of important and influential locals, and finally empowering the NGOs activities , were the preferred options of the study.

The idea of sustainable development emerged from environmental concerns and criticism of economic and industrial development and its ideal is to preserve resources for all generations with meeting the needs of the present generation. Sustainable development requires extensive changes in the lives of communities at all levels. This change requires the participation of citizens and civil society and people awareness and education about sustainable development is its prerequisite. Education is the infrastructure of development of our modern world and without accessibility to education and creating general awareness in humans, sustainable development will not exceed a superficial and vulgar slogan. The purpose of this research using descriptive document analysis is to explain and analyze the impact of education and especially environmental education on sustainable development. The findings suggest that a sustainable and comprehensive development will be via human resources development and the prerequisite of the occurrence and continuation of any development, is investment in human resources through education and especially environmental education which is a central core and pillar of any society. Considering that education is one of the most influential factors affecting the sustainable development of each country, wide, continuous, comprehensive and inclusive measures in order to increase environmental awareness is necessary. The study population consisted of Khorramabad residents, a sample of 386 individuals was selected by using of multi-stage cluster random sampling method for the study. To data analysis, descriptive statistics and regression path analysis have been used. Results show that some variables such as environmental attitude, environmental knowledge and information, environmental concerns, health orientations and social responsibility directly and some other variables such as education, being cosmopolitan, using of the Internet, disease background with food allergy indirectly were explained 30 percent of Khorramabad residents sustainable consumption behavior variance totally. Among these variables, health orientations and environmental attitudes were the most effective variables on sustainable consumption behavior. Universal population and economical growth and also limited natural resources, especially in many developing countries, has caused a serious consideration to the sustainability issue of environment. Exploiting natural resources is the most important constraints to sustain-able development in many developing countries. The purpose of this descrptive-correlational study was to determine Farmers, perception toward farm soil manag-ement and the factors influencing it. The statistical population for the study consisted of farmer heads of families in the rural society of Kermanshah township (N=24391).Three hundred and fifty samples were selected through multistage sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were respectively determined through a panel of experts and a determination of Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. Based on the findings, the Farmers' perception toward farm soil management was moderate. Farmers' contacts with agricultural extension and their use of information resources about farm soil management was lower than average. Results of structural equation modeling revealed that variables includingeducation level, extension contacts, farming experience, sourcesofinformation and farm size had asignificantinfluence onFarmers, perception toward farm soil management, with these variables in total determining 51% of variation of Farmers' perception toward farm soil management.

This article explores the potentiality of globalization for ensuring sustainable development. By examining the pessimistic views on the negative impact of globalization on sustainable development, which consider these two variables as contradictory and competitive paradigms, the author, in the framework of transformationalist approach, considering them as two complementary and interactive paradigms, believes that globalization, regarded as a process of “interconnectedness of borderless world”, can function effectively within the widely accepted framework of sustainability, and is conductive to a positive impact on sustainable development, in the areas of social justice, environmental protection and human security, paving the way for “sustainable globalization” and “successful globalization”. In order for globalization to be considered as sustainable and successful, it should not compromise the ability of future generations to meet their own social, economic and environmental needs but rather should contribute to realize a knowledge-based economy, and to promote public and professional awareness through due attention to the major role of education in agendas for sustainable development. The article analyses then the challenges and opportunities of globalization for sustainable development and finally explores the possible ways to achieve a sustainable and successful globalization with an special emphasis on economic growth combined with equality and social peace, constructive engagement with the global economy, observance of environmental regulations and realization of successful educational system

The present study aimed to investigate the role of mass media in the development of sustainable tourism in the Amol City. Data collection has been done by questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by relevant experts and specialist and reliability of the questionnaire was validated by Cronbach's test with 0.74coefficient. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistic (frequency, net percentage, etc.), inferential statistic (one sample t test) and SPSS software. The findings indicate that there is a relation between the level of access to the mass media, cultural influence, media advertising, and access to amenities (Audiovisual). Results showed that in the study area considering distributed field works between tourists, mass media had an effective role in the introduction and development of sustainable tourism of that area.
