چکیده

صنعت آبزی­ پروری به عنوان یک فعالیت کشاورزی بسیار مهم در شرایط کنونی تحت تأثیر مفهوم پایداری قرار دارد که می­‌تواند با کمترین آسیب به محیط­زیست، متضمن امنیت و سلامت غذایی جامعه روستایی باشد. از آنجایی که استان گیلان از قطب­‌های مهم آبزی ­پروری کشور است بنابراین محتوای مناسب برای ترویج آبزی­ پروری پایدار یکی از اقدامات اساسی در راستای حفظ محیط­زیست و توسعه پایدار در این استان است. در نتیجه پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی محتوای آموزشی مورد نیاز جهت ترویج آبزی­ پروری پایدار در استان گیلان با استفاده از روش دلفی به انجام رسید. تیم متخصص دلفی متشکل از 6 نفر محقق، 12 نفر کارشناس و 32 نفر از آبزی­ پروران معروف استان بودند که به پرسشنامه ­ها در سه مرحله پاسخ دادند. برای انتخاب نمونه ­ها، در بین روش­ های مختلف نمونه­ گیری هدفمند از نمونه­ گیری موارد شناخته شده یا معروف استفاده شد. متخصصان موضوعات مختلفی را در قالب محتوای آموزشی مورد نیاز جهت دستیابی به آبزی­ پروری پایدار مطرح کرده­ اند اما تأکید بیشتر آنها بر موارد کاربردی ­تر همچون آشنایی با ابزارهای جدید برای کاهش اثرات سوء محیط زیستی، مفهوم جامع از آبزی­ پروری پایدار و استراتژی­ های اجرای آن، آشنایی با سیستم­ های جدید کشت و کنترل و اهمیت پساب فعالیت­های آبزی ­پروری و آشنایی با انواع فیلترها و روش­های کنترل پساب است. به مسئولان و کارشناسان شیلات استان توصیه می­ شود که در تهیه­ و تدوین برنامه­ های آموزشی مربوط به آبزی ­پروری، محتوای اشاره شده توسط متخصصان را مد نظر قرار دهند تا بتوانند آموزشی متناسب با نیازها و نظرات واقعی آبزی ­پروران، کارشناسان و محققان آبزی­ پروری استان داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

The aquaculture industry, as a very important agricultural activity in the current situation is influenced by the concept of sustainability that can ensure food security and health of rural society with minimal harm to the environment Ensure. Because Gilan province is an important pole of aquaculture in country, so suitable content for extension of sustainable aquaculture is one of the basic measures to protect the environment and sustainable development in this province. So this research was aimed to study required educational content for extension of sustainable aquaculture in Gilan province by using the Delphi technic. Delphi expert team consisted of 6 scientists, 12 engineers and 32 famous aquaculturists that responded to the questionnaire in three rounds. To select samples, among different ways purposive sampling was used of Reputational Case Sampling. Experts have said various topics in the form of required educational content to achieve sustainable aquaculture but their more emphasis is more on practical items such as introduction of new tools to reduce environmental impacts, comprehensive concept of sustainable aquaculture and strategies for its implementation, introduction of new farming systems and control, and the importance of aquaculture activities, waste, introduction of filters, variety and waste control methods. The province fisheries officials and experts are recommended to consider the referenced content while praparing and codifying the educational programs related to aquaculture by experts, so that they can be able to have appropriate training according to the real needs and opinions of aquacultures, experts and province aquaculture scientists.
