چکیده

مدیریت منابع انسانی با تمرکز بر سرمایه انسانی و برنامه­های مدیریت محیط­زیست و ادغام آنها در فعالیت­های خود، اثرات قابل توجهی را در ارتقای توجه به محیط زیست خواهد داشت. از آنجا که آموزش و توسعه تسهیل­گر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز است، لذا این تحقیق در راستای ارتقای رفتار سبز کارکنان به دنبال شناسایی و اولویت­بندی نیازهای (دوره­های) آموزشی سبز سازمان­ها مبتنی بر رویکرد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز می­باشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و بر مبنای ماهیت و روش در گروه پیمایشی است. در این پژوهش 14نیاز (دوره) آموزشی بر اساس ادبیات تحقیق شناسایی شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش10 نفر از کارشناسان صنعت آموزشی کشور بوده که به روش گلوله­برفی انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از مقیاس پنج نقطه­ای لیکرت نظرات آنها برای تعیین اهمیت این نیازهای (دوره­های) آموزشی گردآوری شد. در واقع، با بهره­گیری از تکنیک­های تصمیم­گیری چندمعیاره در ابتدا به کمک تحلیل سلسله­مراتبی دلفی فازی 8 نیاز (دوره) آموزشی به عنوان مهم­ترین نیاز مشخص شد. علاوه بر این با استفاده از روش فرایند تحلیل شبکه­ای ((ANP نیازهای (دوره­های) آموزشی مؤثر در ارتقای رفتار سبز کارکنان به لحاظ عملکرد رتبه­بندی شدند که بر اساس آن به ترتیب توسعه پایدار، 14001ISO و خرید سبز به عنوان مهم­ترین و مؤثرترین نیاز­ها یا دوره­های آموزشی شناسایی شدند. بر این اساس مدیران مؤسسات آموزشی می­توانند در جهت پیاده­سازی مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز، طبق نتایج این پژوهش به آموزش سبز کارکنان اقدام نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Through focusing on and blending human capabilities and environmental management programs, Will have significant impacts on improving the environment. Since education and development are considered to be the facilitator of "Green Human Resource Management", this paper based on "Green Human Resource Management" approach attempts to identify and prioritize the requirements of "green training courses" held by organizations. An applied research in its goal, this paper benefits from group survey methodology. And 14 main education requirements were identified in this research based on performing an extended review of literature. Chosen according to snowball sampling, 10 education experts in Iran form the statistical population of the research; and utilizing five-level Likert scale we gathered their opinions. Using multi-criteria decision-making techniques as well as AHP-DEA-FCE model, out the 14 requirements, 8 are identified as the most significant ones. Additionally, the main requirements for improving employees' green behavior in educational courses were prioritized according to ANP model. As a result, Sustainable development, ISO14001 and green purchasing were identified as the most important and most effective needs or training courses.  Accordingly, the managers of educational courses can benefit from the findings of this research to apply "Green Human Resource Management".
