The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Casts on environmental students’ learning with flipped classroom method and compare with current virtual education method in Payame Noor University. The research method is semi-experimental with pre and posttest in two groups. The statistical population included all virtual master students majoring in environmental education who consisted of 170 students among whom 60 were selected through available sampling, and then were divided into two groups. The research instrument was a researcher-made test consisted of 20 questions whose validity was estimated by some experts and its reliability was measured via Cronbach’s alpha as 0.82. The procedure consisted of 12 sessions with current virtual class for witness group and for the experimental group, gave some podcasts about courses before the session was started and they had exercises and group discussion in class. The collected data were analyzed by SPSSv.22 in both descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Paired t-test and independent t-test). The results showed that there was a significant difference between students’ learning with the podcast education in the flipped classroom method and current virtual education (sig=0.000). Based on the results of this study, it seems that using podcasts in virtual education has a greater impact on students` learning and it is better to include it in the curriculum development of virtual courses.

Since a long time ago human being and nature have had a mutual influence on each other. As the civil institutions and technological tools have developed, human being has been influenced by nature in a period of time and in return it has made changes in great scale which in some cases have caused environmental and ecological threats. For this reason, the study of environmental issues in literature is considered as an essential element in comparative literature studies and a cultural discourse has been made for protection of the environment. As a cultural media, literature and specially poetry have a significant effect on behavioral and motivational domains and on awareness of their audience toward the environment. In Persian contemporary poems, Nima and his successors have created a new point of view toward nature and environment which had some of the poets like Sohrab to encourage people to respect their environment. This study will analyze the point of view of contemporary poetry toward environment, the position of it and the way of environmental education with an emphasis on Sohrab’s poems as the establisher of this approach. As a result, it’s been figured out that the need of paying attention to the environment and making people aware of the ways they can respect it has led to the emergence of a new domain in poetry with educational functions, this domain was established by Sohrab Sepehri for the first time in Persian poetry.

One of the main challenges for managers in recent days is their main focus on sustainable development. Sustainable development with various dimensions such as economic sustainability, social sustainability, political stability and environmental sustainability requires a holistic approach, but the priority of some programs and policies in each of the sustainable development axes is in line with the requirements of the same region and country. On the other hand, social responsibility of organizations and companies is not merely viewed as a moral obligation or social marketing, but a great element in the missing link between government policies and corporate policies. This research has been selected to prioritize the dimensions of sustainable development as well as the dimensions of social responsibility of managers with the Delphi approach of the experts and the hierarchical analysis method, according to the opinion of social sustainability experts as the best criterion for sustainable development and management responsibility as a preferred option. Accordingly, it can be done in the role of managers in industrial and metropolitan communities, with priority being given to social sustainability and the involvement of environmental strategies in the responsibilities of managers.
