مطالعه تأثیر ابعاد توسعه انسانی (آموزش، سلامت و رفاه) بر شاخص عملکرد محیطزیستی
تلاش کشورها برای افزایش درآمد ملی و رفاه اگر همراه با ملاحظات محیط-زیستی نباشد، زیانهای جبرانناپذیری ازجمله تغییرات سریع آب و هوایی و تخریب محیط زیست را به همراه خواهد داشت. ازاینرو در سالهای اخیر توجه زیادی به کیفیت و پایداری محیط زیست در سطوح ملی و فراملی شده است. بسیاری از دولتها متوجه شدهاند که نمیتوانند عملکرد محیطزیستی را صرفاً مرتبط با توسعه اقتصادی ببینند و به سایر ابعاد توسعه بهخصوص توسعه اجتماعی توجه نکنند. در سطح جهانی نیز ضرورت بهبود ابعاد محیطزیستی و توسعه انسانی یکی از مهمترین موضوعات موردبحث در کنفرانس ریو 20 ملل متحد در سال 2012 بهعنوان بخشی از اهداف توسعه هزاره بوده است. ازآنجاییکه شاخص توسعه انسانی توانایی توصیف همزمان توسعه اجتماعی و توسعه اقتصادی را در درون خود دارد، هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر ابعاد شاخص توسعه انسانی خصوصاً آموزش بر شاخص عملکرد محیطزیستی است. نتایج حاصل از برآورد الگوی دادههای تابلویی از نوع اثرات ثابت با روش حداقل مربعات تعمیمیافته EGLS در گروه کشورهای منتخب، 101 کشوری که در رتبهبندی عملکرد محیطزیستی در دوره موردبررسی میانگین نمره بالای 50 را کسب کردند، طی دوره زمانی 2005-2015 نشان میدهد که ابعاد سهگانه شاخص توسعه انسانی یعنی شاخصهای سلامت، آموزش و رفاه رابطه مثبت و معنیداری با عملکرد محیطزیستی دارند.

ارزیابی سواد اطلاعاتی کشاورزان و عوامل مرتبط با آن: مطالعه موردی منطقه طُرق مشهد
آموزش و یادگیری یکی ارکان مهم توسعه پایدار میباشد. سواد اطلاعاتی میتواند به کشاورزان در دستیابی و استفاده از اطلاعات برای داشتن کشاورزی پایدار کمک نماید. پژوهش پیمایشی حاضر با هدف بررسی سواد اطلاعاتی کشاورزان در منطقه طرق مشهد و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام گرفت. بدین منظور با روش تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی 176 نفر از کشاورزان با روش نمونهگیری ساده تصادفی موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن با استفاده از روایی صوری و مراجعه به اساتید گروه کتابداری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد و همچنین گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 79/0 بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که سواد اطلاعاتی کشاورزان در حدّ متوسط قابل ارزیابی میباشد. همچنین، سواد اطلاعاتی مستقل از سن، تعداد قطعات اراضی کشاورزی و درآمد سالانه کشاورزان بود؛ اما بین سواد اطلاعاتی کل با سابقه کار کشاورزی، یک رابطه منفی و معنیدار وجود داشت. از بین ابعاد پنجگانه سواد اطلاعاتی، کشاورزان موردمطالعه در زمینه «پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی و قانونی کاربرد اطلاعات» در وضعیت بهتر و در زمینه «دستیابی به اطلاعات موردنیاز به شکل مؤثر و کارآمد» ضعیفتر بودند. ارائه آموزش به کشاورزان بهمنظور ارتقاء قابلیت کسب اطلاعات کشاورزی و بهکارگیری این اطلاعات، از پیشنهادهای تحقیق حاضر میباشد.

ارزیابی عملکرد رسانه های خبری ایران با استفاده از نقد رتوریک، مطالعه موردی: بحران کمآبی
با توجه به گستردگی مسائل محیط زیستی و ضرورت توجه به آنها بخصوص بحران کمآبی در کشور ایران، نیاز مبرمی به آگاهسازی و آموزش عمومی جهت اتخاذ رفتارهای مناسب در این زمینه احساس میشود. یکی از روشهای هدفمند و اصولی برای مواجهه با این بحران، تمرکز بر روی زمینهی ارتباطات محیط زیستی میباشد، چراکه دامنهی گستردهای از جامعهی انسانی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده و میتواند آنان را در راستای حفظ محیط زیست خود ترغیب نماید. با توجه به بررسیهای انجامگرفته در زمینهی ارتباطات محیط زیستی، میتوان به این نتیجه رسید که پژوهشهای اندکی در این زمینه صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از دو روش کیفی و کمی، تحلیل بر روی سه منبع خبری ایرنا، وزارت نیرو و صداوسیما با تأکید بر بحران کمآبی در کشور ایران صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش به پیشنهاد و معرفی ارزشهای خبری برای تحلیل رتوریکی محیط زیست در وضعیت بحران پرداختیم و بر این اساس تحلیل آماری و رتوریکی بر روی اخبار منعکس گردیده از سه ارگان ذکرشده صورت پذیرفته است. نتایج نشان میدهد که رسانهی خبری ایرنا با بیشترین تعداد خبر و صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران با کمترین تعداد خبر به پوشش خبری از بحران کمآبی پرداختهاند و همچنین تحلیلهای کیفی نشانگر لزوم وجود تعریفی درست از مسائل پیچیدهی محیط زیستی نزد کنشگران رسانه و تمرکز بیشتر رسانههای تصویری بر روی اخبار محیط زیستی میباشد. درنهایت به ارائهی پیشنهادهای پژوهشی و ارائهی راهبرد پرداخته شده است.

اولویتبندی گروههای تحصیلی آموزش عالی برای تحقق توسعه پایدار استان سیستان و بلوچستان
این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی میباشد و از نظر جمعآوری دادهها، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین اولویت گروههای تحصیلی آموزش عالی در راستای تحقق توسعه پایدار استان سیستان و بلوچستان بوده است. برای انجام این پژوهش، شاخصهای توسعه پایدار، از مدل بومی توسعه پایدار استان سیستان و بلوچستان استخراجشده و پس از تعیین وضعیت موجود شاخصها، وضعیت مطلوب هریک از شاخصها توسط ۴ پانل تخصصی متشکل از ۵۰ نفر خبره با روش دلفی فازی تعیین شده است. درنهایت نیز اولویتبندی گروهها و زیرگروههای تحصیلی آموزش عالی با کمک خبرگان و با استفاده از روش AHP و نرمافزار Expert Choice انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که گروه آموزشی «مهندسی، تولید و ساخت» دارای اولویت اول، گروه آموزشی «علوم انسانی و هنر» دارای اولویت دوم و گروه آموزشی «علوم تربیتی» دارای اولویت سوم برای توسعه پایدار استان سیستان و بلوچستان میباشند.

ارائه مدل علی روابط ادراک از حمایت اجتماعی و مسئولیتپذیری محیط زیستی با توجه به نقش واسطهای سرمایههای روانشناختی در میان دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه دوم
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل علی روابط ادراک از حمایت اجتماعی و مسئولیتپذیری محیط زیستی با توجه به نقش واسطهای سرمایههای روانشناختی در میان دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان لارستان به روش تحلیل مسیر انجام شد. روش: برای این منظور 341 نفر (181 نفر دختر و 160 نفر پسر) از دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای نسبی انتخاب و به پرسشنامهای خود گزارشی متشکل از مقیاسهای حمایت اجتماعی واکس (1999)، سرمایههای روانشناختی لوتانز (2007)، مسئولیتپذیری محیط زیستی هوی سائوس (2005) پاسخ دادند. جهت اطمینان از پایایی خرده مقیاسها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید. بهطورکلی نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی (حمایت خانواده، معلمان، همسالان) از طریق واسطهگری سرمایههای روانشناختی (تابآوری، امیدواری، خودکارآمدی، خوشبینی) بر مسئولیتپذیری محیط زیستی دارای اثر غیرمستقیم و مثبت میباشد. از میان مؤلفههای سرمایه روانشناختی، خوشبینی و امیدواری دارای بیشترین اثر مستقیم بر مسئولیتپذیری محیط زیستی میباشد. در بین ابعاد حمایت اجتماعی، حمایت خانواده بیشترین اثر غیرمستقیم را بر مسئولیتپذیری محیط زیستی دارد.

واکاوی نگرش نسبت به کشت پایدار توتفرنگی در بین کشاورزان توتفرنگیکار شهرستان سنندج
تحقیق حاضر با هدف واکاوی نگرش کشاورزان توتفرنگیکار شهرستان سنندج نسبت به کشت پایدار این محصول انجام شد. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بوده است که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. با بهرهگیری از فرمول کوکران و نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده، 150 نفر از توتفرنگیکاران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که روایی صوری آن مورد تأیید اساتید ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه کردستان قرار گرفت. با استفاده از مطالعه راهنما، پایایی پرسشنامه برای بخش سنجش نگرش کشاورزان به کشت پایدار برابر 65/0 به دست آمد که معرف مناسب بودن آن میباشد. برای گروهبندی و مقایسه کشاورزان موردمطالعه از تحلیل خوشهای و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل خوشهای نشان داد کشاورزان موردمطالعه را میتوان به سه دسته کشاورزان با نگرش ضعیف، متوسط و قوی نسبت به کشت پایدار توتفرنگی گروهبندی نمود. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل واریانس بیانگر اختلاف معنادار بین این سه گروه از کشاورزان با سطوح مختلف نگرش، ازنظر تعداد اعضای خانوار، میزان مشارکت در فعالیتهای ترویجی و میزان اعتماد به رسانههای اطلاعاتی بود. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش پیشنهادهایی ارائه شد که میتواند در ترغیب کشاورزان به کشت پایدار توتفرنگی ارزشمند باشد.

بررسی تحلیلی ارتباط آلودگی محیطزیست و رشد اقتصادی (فرضیه کوزنتس) با تأکید بر نقش آموزش
یکی از موضوعات موردتوجه مجامع بینالمللی و دیدگاه غالب طرفداران محیطزیست، افزایش آلودگی و کاهش کیفیت محیطزیست به سبب رشد و توسعه یکجانبه صنعت است که با وجود تأثیرگذاری فراوان بر رشد و توسعه اقتصادی مناطق، منجر به ایجاد مخاطرات بسیاری برای ساکنان کره زمین شده و با کاهش باروری محیطزیست، به تخریب محیطزیست میانجامد. اما دیدگاه مطرحشده، با دیدگاه اقتصاددانان توسعه که بیان میکنند که در مراحل اولیه توسعه، ارمغان رشد، وخامت در محیطزیست است، اما سپس به سطح خاصی از اوج میرسد و در این نقطه، رشد تمایل به بهبود در محیطزیست دارد (فرضیه U وارون)، بالأخص برای مناطق درحالتوسعه مانند کشور ایران، مغایر بوده و همین امر، پژوهشگران تحقیق حاضر را به بحث و بررسی پیرامون ارتباط میان رشد اقتصادی و آلودگی محیطزیست در کشور ایران و تأیید یا رد فرضیه U وارون کوزنتس، با کاربرد شاخصهای صنعتی شدن، وضعیت اقتصادی و مصرف انرژی و آموزش در دوره زمانی 1365 تا 1395 و مدلسازی این فرضیه واداشت؛ نتایج حاصل از تخمین مدل تحقیق نشاندهنده تأیید فرضیه کوزنتس و معنیداری نقش صنعتی شدن، مصرف انرژی (بهصورت معکوس) و وضعیت اقتصادی و عدم تأثیرگذاری شاخص آموزش (به شیوه کنونی)، در بهبود کیفیت محیطزیست میباشد.

تحلیل عوامل محیطزیستی مؤثر در اتخاذ سیستمهای اطلاعاتی پایدار در مراکز خدمات درمانی با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری
هدف این تحقیق شناسایی و مدلسازی عوامل مؤثر بر اتخاذ پایداری محیطزیستی در سیستمهای اطلاعاتی توسط مراکز خدمات درمانی است. جامعه آماری شامل دو گروه است. گروه اول شامل 12 خبره که از نظرات آنها جهت تعیین عوامل اصلی و تعیین روابط علت و معلولی آنها استفاده شد. جامعه دوم را، 250 نفر از کارکنان، پرستاران، سرپرستاران و سوپروایزرهای مرکز آموزشی و درمانی الزهرا (س) اصفهان تشکیل میدهند. بر اساس نتایج بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و مصاحبه با خبرگان دانشگاهی و حوزه فناوری اطلاعات مراکز درمانی، مجموعاً 24 عامل در 5 بعد الزامات قانونی، مسئولیتپذیری محیطزیستی، مشروعیت محیطزیستی، مصرف منابع و عدالت محیطزیستی شناسایی گردید. جهت بررسی روایی پرسشنامه تحقیق، از روایی محتوا و روایی سازه به کمک تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. همچنین پایایی کلی پرسشنامه بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 888/0 است. پس از گردآوری دادههای موردنیاز، در ابتدا با استفاده از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، سطح ابعاد مدل در سه سطح تعیین شد. در بالاترین سطح مدل عامل عدالت محیطزیستی و در پایینترین سطح آن عوامل الزامات قانونی و مسئولیتپذیری محیطزیستی قرار گرفت. بر اساس مدل ساختاری تفسیری تحقیق، مدل تحلیل مسیر پژوهش طراحی و با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOS اجرا گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر حاکی از این بود که از بین شش مسیر تعیینشده در مدل ساختاری تفسیری، تنها مسیر الزامات قانونی به مصرف منابع معنادار نیست. همچنین بیشترین اثر کل استاندارد را مصرف منابع بر مسئولیتپذیری محیطزیستی دارد.

نقش مطلوبیت اجتماعی و پذیرش در پیشبینی خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه
هدف پژوهش حاضر نقش مطلوبیت اجتماعی و پذیرش در پیشبینی خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشآموزان دوره متوسطه بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری دانشآموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه ناحیه 4 آموزشوپرورش شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودند که از این جامعه تعداد 340 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی مکایلروری و بانتینگ (2002)، پرسشنامه مطلوبیت اجتماعی کراون و مارلو (1964) و پرسشنامه پذیرش اجتماعی مارلو و کراون (1960) استفاده شد. دادههای بهدستآمده با استفاده از آزمون معناداری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه (همزمان) در نرمافزار SPSS.21 تجزیهوتحلیل گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین مطلوبیت اجتماعی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی رابطه منفی و معنادار و بین پذیرش اجتماعی با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که متغیرهای مطلوبیت و پذیرش اجتماعی قادرند تغییرات متغیر (خودکارآمدی تحصیلی) را در دانشآموزان بهطور معناداری پیشبینی کنند. بنابراین طرحریزی مطالعات بیشتر جهت شناخت بهتر عواملی در جهت ارتقای مطلوبیت و پذیرش اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی توصیه میشود.

سرمایه اجتماعی و آگاهی از توسعه پایدار(مطالعه موردی شهروندان مشگین شهری)
حرکت در مسیر توسعه پایدار نیازمند مشارکت مردم است و لازمه آن نیز آگاهی مردم درباره توسعه پایدار است. به نظر میرسد مؤلفههای جامعه مدنی بهویژه سرمایه اجتماعی نتوانستهاند شرایط مطلوبی برای رشد دانش درباره توسعه پایدار فراهم آورند. هدف مقاله حاضر مطالعه ارتباط آگاهی از توسعه پایدار و سرمایه اجتماعی در یک شرایط واقعی در جامعه ایران و در بین شهروندان مشگین شهری است. روش تحقیق پیمایش بوده، ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، جمعیت آماری آن نیز شهروندان بالای 18 سال ساکن مشگین شهر بوده است. با فرمول کوکران تعداد 382 نفر با روش خوشهای تصادفی بهعنوان نمونه برگزیده شدند. نتایج توصیفی پژوهش نشان داد «آگاهی شهروندان از مفهوم و مؤلفههای توسعه پایدار» با میانگین 1/4 در بازه 1 تا 6 در حد متوسط رو به بالاست. نتایج استنباطی نشان داد که: «آگاهی از مفهوم و مؤلفههای توسعه پایدار» با دو بعد «ارتباط با مردم» و «هنجارهای متقابل» سرمایه اجتماعی ارتباط معنی دارد و مستقیم دارد اما ارتباط آن با بعد «اعتماد اجتماعی» سرمایه اجتماعی رابطه معنیدار نیست. تحلیل رگرسیونی تحقیق نشان داد 36 درصد تغییرات متغیر وابسته را دو بعد «ارتباط با مردم» و «هنجارهای متقابل» که در تحلیل رگرسیونی باقیماندهاند تبیین میکنند. برای بهبود آگاهی از مفهوم و مؤلفههای توسعه پایدار، دانش درباره توسعه پایدار باید وارد شبکههای ارتباطی افراد جامعه شود. مهمتر از آن اعتماد در جامعه باید افزایش یابد تا زمینه رشد دانش درباره توسعه پایدار را فراهم آورد.
