In the current situation, where most of the aquifers of the country are facing a dramatic drop of water levels, it needs especial consideration. Protection of water resources is an important step in the point of view of sustainable development. However, sustainable development is not possible without high participation of people and stakeholders. Thus, the aim of the present study is the multifactor analysis of the methods of improving the general awareness of the stakeholders for their active presence in the process of implementation of effective groundwater management methods in Kerman-Baghein region. The criteria are chosen from the sustainable development literature and the options are prioritized with multi-criteria decision making in compromise programing. The criteria were: increasing the role of the private sector to invest on advertising, educational programs, level of water saving, entrepreneurship , matching the education method with traditions and the public opinion on protection of water resources, period of implementation of the strategy, improving the role of women in water resource protection process, and flexibility. Using the criteria, among the 10 options of the study, investment on films and animations focused on the subject of water resources and the importance of the environment, creation of a target group of important and influential locals, and finally empowering the NGOs activities , were the preferred options of the study. <span lang="FA">منابع آب زیرزمینی، جزو منابع استراتژیک به­حساب می­آیند و در کشور ما که با کاهش منابع آب جهت بهره­برداری مواجه شده­است، اهمیت حفاظت از منابع آب زیرزمینی که در برابر خشکسالی و آلودگی، نسبت به منابع آب سطحی، از مصونیت بیشتری برخوردار است، دوچندان گشته است. در شرایط حال حاضر که اکثر آبخوان­های کشور با افت شدید سطح آب مواجهند، باید توجه ویژه­ای به این مسأله بشود. حفاظت از منابع آب گامی مهم در راستای نیل به چشم­انداز توسعه­پایدار می­باشد و از سویی دیگر، توسعه پایدار بدون مشارکت کارآمد مردم و ذی­نفعان میسر نمی­شود؛ بنابراین هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی چندمعیاره راهکارهای افزایش آگاهی عمومی ذی نفعان در زمینه حضور فعال در فرایند اجرای راهکارهای بهینه مدیریت منابع آب زیرزمینی در محدوده  آبخوان کرمان-باغین می­باشد. معیارهای ارزیابی، مبتنی بر مفاهیم توسعه پایدار استخراج شده­اند و گزینه­ها به روش تصمیم­گیری چندمعیاره برنامه­ریزی توافقی اولویت­بندی می­شوند. شاخص­های استفاده در این تحقیق شامل گسترش نقش بخش خصوصی برای سرمایه­گذاری در بخش تبلیغات و برنامه­های آموزشی، میزان صرفه جویی در مصرف آب، کارآفرینی، تطابق روش آموزش با آداب و رسوم و طرز فکر نسبت به حفاظت از منابع، دوره اجرای راهکار، ارتقای نقش زنان در فرآیند محافظت از منابع آب و انعطاف­پذیری می­باشند. پس از به­کاربردن شاخص­ها، راهبردهای برتر تحقیق از میان ده گزینه، </span><span lang="AR-SA">سرمایه­گذاری در تولید فیلم و انیمیشن با محوریت منابع آب و اهمیت محیط زیست، </span><span lang="FA">ایجاد یک گروه هدف شامل افراد تأثیرگذار و بانفوذ در جامعه محلی و در آخر</span><span lang="AR-SA">تقویت فعالیت­های سازمان­های مردم </span><span lang="FA">ن</span><span lang="AR-SA">هاد،</span><span lang="FA"> برترین گزینه­های هم راستا با هدف پژوهش بودند.</span> https://ee.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3229_56050f73469676a8b8b262601e18e703.pdf
