Achieve to this important goal requires use of management and education modern findings. According with theorists opinion of social sciences, the education is most effective of strategy for management the social challenges. On the other hand with called the third millennium to knowledge age, Public attention has led to the Strategic concepts such lifelong learning and education. Learning Organization in currently scientific literature is one of the theories that has been proposed with aim The effective management of learning in human systems. System approach to learning is the Basis the subject of Learning Organization that Finally, increase the adaptability one of the system with strategic approach. The learning organization theorists believe that in each the Social organization can with relying on the five of principle " individual Ability, Mental models, Common Vision, Team learning and Systems thinking" institutionalize the Learning in all system elements and components. Characteristic such as complexity, diversity and environment multi-sectoral show Theory of learning organization can be effective in the development of environmental awareness. A documentary study of the Specific and Common characteristics of learning organizations and environmental issues can demonstrated that principles of learning organization how can provide proper context for environment education development. چکیده: <br /> با گستردگی و پیچیدگی مباحث زیست محیطی، خلق سواد زیست‌محیطی در سطح اقشار مختلف اجتماعی، به ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر بدل شده است. نیل به این هدف نیاز به استفاده از یافته‌های نوین مدیریت و تعلیم و تربیت دارد. به زعم نظریه‌پردازان علوم اجتماعی، آموزش اثربخش‌ترین راهکار مدیریت چالش‌های اجتماعی است. از طرف دیگر با نامیده شدن هزاره سوم به عنوان عصر دانایی، توجه همگان به سوی مفاهیم استراتژیکی چون آموزش و یادگیری مداوم سوق داده شده است، در ادبیات علمی امروز سازمانهای یادگیرنده یکی از نظریه‌هایی است که با هدف مدیریت اثربخش آموزش و یادگیری در سیستم‌های انسانی مطرح شده است. اساس سازمان‌های یادگیرنده رویکرد سیستمی به مقوله آموزش و یادگیری است که در نهایت با رویکردی راهبردی افزایش میزان سازگاری یک سیستم را در پی داشته باشد. نظریه‌پردازان سازمان‌های یادگیرنده معتقدند در هر سازمان اجتماعی می‌توان با اتکاء به پنج اصل" قابلیت فردی، مدل‌های ذهنی، آرمان مشترک، یادگیری تیمی و تفکر سیستمی" یادگیری را در همه عناصر و اجزاء سیستم به طور مستمر و مداوم نهادینه ساخت. خصوصیاتی مانند پیچیدگی، تنوع و فرابخشی‌بودن محیط زیست، نشان می‌دهد این نظریه می‌تواند در جهت توسعه آگاهی‌های زیست‌محیطی مؤثر باشد. با یک مطالعه اسنادی و بررسی ویژگیهای خاص و مشترک سازمان‌های یاگیرنده و مباحث زیست‌محیطی نشان داده شده است که اصول نظریه سازمان یادگیرنده می‌تواند بستر مناسبی برای توسعه آموزش محیط زیست فراهم سازد.<br />کلمات کلیدی: آموزش محیط زیست، سواد زیست محیطی، سازمان یادگیرنده، آموزش توسعه پایدار، تفکر سیستمی https://ee.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_349_0d6dbbf1e6e43129875b70e400df742f.pdf
