The purpose of this study is to explain the design of a service learning curriculum model with an emphasis on green economics for junior high school students. This research is among the applied researches that have been done by qualitative-quantitative research method (Mixed Method). Accordingly, by interviewing experts, a model was drawn for service learning with an emphasis on green economics; then the junior high school science teachers validated it. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the study was all 630 junior high school science teachers in Sari and 238 teachers were selected as the research sample by simple random sampling using the Morgan table. Atlas TI software was applied to collect data in the qualitative part and SPSS and LISREL software in the quantitative part. The results revealed that the service-learning element has components of social reconstruction, social literacy training, and social action. Meanwhile, the green economy element has components of sustainable transportation, renewable energy, environmental health, green buildings, water management, and waste management.

This study was conducted to identify and prioritize the challenges and Solutions of pro-environmental behavior of 120 greenhouse cucumber growers in Tarand district through Delphi technique during two rounds. Findings showed that the overuse of chemical inputs was recognized as the most important pro-environmental behavior challenge. Furthermore, using disposable plastic coatings, improper waste management, and using diesel were the important pro-environmental challenges, respectively. In addition, the results showed that to address these challenges, first the adverse impacts of using chemical inputs must be explained; Eco-friendly alternative inputs should be introduced; the separation, recycling and proper disposal of waste should be trained and encouraged; and finally the use of solar and other clean types of energy need to be trained and encouraged. Next, after raising the level of environmental awareness of farmers, in order to implement the training provided, financial and credit support; access to Eco-friendly inputs, equipment and technologies; and the development of environmental laws should be the focus of politicians and those who are in charge.

Neglecting waste management is the main cause of pollution in villages of Iran. In this regard, waste management is considered as one of the major axes of development in urban-rural has special importance. Thus, the present study seeks to evaluate waste management in Tange-Katuiyeh urban-rural of Darab County. This is a descriptive-analytic study in which the documentary method is used to examine the record and explain the problem. Furthermore, a survey method was used to collect the data by means of observation, interview, and completion of the questionnaire among the residents. Therefore, with regard to the number of households residing in this village and using the Cochran formula, 292 households were selected as the sample. The data were also analyzed in the form of descriptive and inferential statistics using Combined Entropy and AHP Method and Excel, Expert Choice, and SPSS software packages. The results of this research showed that as stated by respondent households residing in Tange-Katuiyeh urban-rural, waste management was very appropriate in 11.5 percent of households and very weak in 8.9 percent of them. In addition, the weighting process of independent variables revealed that 'raising awareness and 'economic value of selling wastes' have been regarded as more important. Thus, the results of route analysis model showed that of variables under study, 'level of education' with a general effect of 0.560 was the most effective and variable 'gender' with a general effect of 0.030 was the least effective in the quality of waste management of people residing in Tange-Katuiyeh urban-rural.

This study aims to achieve rural participation in the process of rural waste management practices among non-experimental and applied research was done on field. The population of the study consisted of rural households and sampling to fit the data and multi-stage random sampling. The sample of 181 households were selected using Cochran formula. The main tool for this research, questionnaire design and research background research is consistent with the theoretical model. as well software for data analysis and statistics are SPSS22 coefficient of variation, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis was used. The results of priority and factor analysis also indicates that the training courses, buy garbage, transparency in costs are the most important factors in attractingof public Participation.
