The aim of the current research was to analyze the discourse of upstream water documents in the time period (2011-2015) (2017-2021). Its statistical population consists of eleven documents from upstream water resources that were compiled in this period of time. The method of the present study is the analysis of discourse by Laclau and Mouffe method and an attempt has been made to answer these three questions; What was the dominant discourse on the documents upstream of water? What have been the central signifiers, discourse components, a chain of equivalence, and the ruling otherness that represents this discourse? And what theory has been used to explain the discourse governing these documents? The analysis of these documents showed that the main discourse governing this period was environmental discourse, which is the main signifier and point of these documents and indicates the adoption of an environmental approach to natural resources. This discourse manifests itself in the othering the discourse of Sustainable development in these documents and the main and floating signifiers such as the discourse hegemony of reducing natural hazards and paying attention to the environment, education and promotion of agricultural and environmental development, attention to the environmental effects of actions, education and promotion of agricultural and environmental development, attention to the environmental effects of actions, attention to innovations in agriculture, regulating environmental activities, and granting and investing facilities in the agricultural sector has been a confirmation of this discourse, which is approved through equivalence signs such as encouraging investors to invest in projects, paying attention to climate-friendly technologies, developing green transportation.

In recent years, issues related to environmental protection and sustainability in the food sector have become a global concern. Also, the not-so-favorable conditions of our country in terms of environmental protection and the need to pay attention to green concepts at the management levels of organizations led to this innovative research aimed at designing a green quality management model in the food industry with an emphasis on environmental performance improvement. The ultimate purpose of this research is to be practical and in terms of methodology, a descriptive survey was used as well as a qualitative approach that has been done using the Grounded Theory method. To collect data, a library method was conducted within the literature on the subject matter and a purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation principle were used. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were also conducted with 16 officials and experts of companies active in the food industry in Ardabil province. The information obtained from the two phases was combined and data analysis was performed in a three-step process of open coding, axial and selective, with the help of MAXQDA software. The findings of this study show that the paradigm pattern of green quality management in the food industry has 5 components: green human resource management (causal conditions), green management thinking (contextual conditions), technology management, and environmental management system (interventional conditions), green management innovation (strategies) and supply chain green (consequences). Therefore, the success of the food industry to upgrade environmental performance will depend on the establishment and proper implementation of the designed model and the superior management of these components.

The aim of this study is to design a sustainable productivity model based on environmental knowledge and awareness in small and medium-sized industries using an interpretive structural modeling approach. The research approach was mixed with an exploratory design that consisted of two qualitative and quantitative parts. The participants included 15 academic experts and managers of small and medium-sized industries of Kerman province that were selected through purposeful sampling and snowball sampling methods. The qualitative part was carried out with the aim of identifying the factors related to sustainable productivity by searching in the theoretical bases and analyzing the content of interviews with members of the panel, and the quantitative part was done through the formation of a Structural Self-Interaction Matrix (SSIM). After analyzing data and drawing the model, 16 variables were identified in the nine levels as the drivers of sustainable productivity in small and medium-sized industries. Meanwhile, two factors including green management and green innovation have the highest influence and guidance, and managers must consider these factors as the foundation stone of sustainable productivity in small and medium-sized industries.

This research investigated effective factors on carbon management in higher education institutions based on the viewpoint of managers (official and educational). The present quantitative research is a descriptive-correlational research which the data is collected by the use of questionnaire with five-point Likert scale. The population of research was 175 administrators in Razi University who were surveyed using the census method. The result illustrates that the significant Razi University measures on carbon management were “increasing green spaces and decreasing water consumption” (with average 4.05 and 3.47 of 5) are the effective measures of Razi University in carbon management but university executives has rarely considered cases like “reducing carbon footprint in business and decision-making activities” and “principals of low carbon management in materials and procurement” (with average 2.09 and 1.91 out of 5) that shows the need of enhancing managers’ attitude toward carbon reduction. Indicators that required academic participation and consideration of carbon reduction targets had low average (about 2 out of 5). Furthermore, based on viewpoint of the respondents barriers to carbon management at the university were more related to the human and software dimensions rather than to technical hardware issues. Solutions also underlined the need to internalize the carbon management program in functional processes.at Razi University, there was a top-down view of carbon management which confirms these programs are grammatical. Suggestion for establishing of a carbon management system are presented as academic participation in various matters, considering reduction of carbon footprint in all activities, monitoring, evaluating, reviewing, correcting them.

In this study, the role of education in reducing the use of polyethylene was investigated. District 9 of Tehran city council is located in the West part of the town with an area of 19.6 square kilometers inhabited by 170,000 people. Primarily, library research was conducted followed by the determination of sample size and the analysis of the questioner. Results showed that a reduction in the amount of plastic materials is strongly related to the level of education, job and municipal council services in district 9 which were evaluated positive. Results of the T-test show that a couple was trained on the comparison of polyethylene materials and control treatments indicate that training courses alleviated using polyethylene materials. Finally, successful strategies for district 9 of Tehran were designed in order to minimize the use of polyethylene materials

In this study, the effects of socio-demographic characteristics of the family on the students’ environmental ethics (children of the families) were assessed. The aim of the study was to gather and publish useful information about environmental factors especially education and culture as one of the most important issues of the population and country developments. In this descriptive study, all the high school students 1391-92 of Abhar, Zanjan were recruited. The population included 4467 persons, and based on the Morgan’s table, 360 persons were randomly selected using two-step cluster method. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire consisting two parts "socio-demographic characteristics of the family" and "environmental ethics of the students." Validity of the questionnaire was assessed by a group of consulting professors and specialists of environmental education, and the reliability was pretested among 30 students, and was finally approved with the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.771. Analyzing the results of the questionnaires, none of the variables including: number of children, parental educations, parental occupations, real estate or rental houses, and being emigrants or citizens had a significant relationship with the level of environmental ethics of the students. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the environmental educations in new plans for the population organizing of the country, particularly concerning the importance of environmental ethics in providing a better future, in addition to the effort of improving the socio-demographic characteristics of the society.
