The purpose of this study is to provide an optimal educational model to improve the general and specialized knowledge of Tehran citizens regarding biodiversity. In the first step, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to assess the level of citizens' awareness. Then, using the opinions of experts, various educational methods were weighed and evaluated. For this purpose, two target levels were designed as expected scenarios. Digest and Ant (ACA) algorithms were used to accurately evaluate and determine the optimal route with the lowest time and lowest cost. The results showed that women's general knowledge about biodiversity was higher than men’s and vice versa about specialized knowledge. On the other hand, there was a significant positive relationship between biodiversity knowledge and education level. Also, to achieve the first level goal, the "Combined educational model" with a weight of 1.196, and the educational model "Virtual educational model" with a weight of 0.608 were evaluated as the most appropriate and inappropriate educational model for transferring general knowledge to citizens, respectively. Regarding the purpose of the second level, the method of "face-to-face training" with a final weight of 64 and "preparation and distribution of training packages" with a weight of 43 had the highest score. Finally, the optimal path for raising the level of specialized knowledge of citizens has a weight of 161, which includes such things as achieving a good level of general knowledge, creating an educational environment, supporting the formation of environmental NGOs, incentives, needs assessment, and review.

Urban landscapes are a platform for social interactions and leisure. These spaces are affected by high population, dense vegetation, unprincipled entrances, low visibility, lack of supervision, limited night light sources, and the possibility of hiding and creating a sense of confusion leading to the hidden occurrence of crime. Due to the low per capita green space in some areas of Ardebil, the city's famous parks are witnessing the presence of a large population. One of these parks in Ardebil is the Shurabil tourist entertainment complex, which is visited by many citizens during the holidays and at night, which makes it difficult to control and monitor the park. In this study, effective components (five main components: access, form and morphology, general perception, pleasure and visual quality, physical and urban management systems) in improving the safety of users in urban landscapes using the AHP model (expert opinion in the field of landscape) are obtained. The hierarchical analysis method was used to determine the weights of each of the obtained components (the obtained data were entered into EXPERT CHOICE software). Finally, fuzzy standardized base maps and weighted overlap maps were presented using ArcGIS software. According to the obtained results, improving security weighing 0.274 is the most preferred component of urban management systems, and then the components of form access and morphology, general perception-pleasure, and visual and physical quality with weights of 0.202, 0.198, and 0.197 were obtained respectively. Also, the sub-criterion of security devices weighing 0.122 was determined to be the most preferred case. (The higher the weight of the components, means the need for increased security in that component, and vice versa, the lower the weight means security is in a good state). Depending on the scale, location, design, and presence of social groups in the park, solutions were proposed to increase the social dimension of the park (meaning people would be free to move around at all times of the day with more freedom) or to reduce crime. The components used in this research can be an important step for landscape designers and urban green spaces in order to increase the level of security in urban parks and also to improve the safety of users in urban landscapes.

A city is like a living creature that is possible to continue its life according to the preservation of existing works and values. Historical textures are an important part of cities as they are the essence of their beings and today’s lack of favorable attention to these parts has caused various problems. The materialist view of such historical works, especially in the holy city of Mashhad has destroyed the conceptual meaning of this metropolis to its residents and pilgrims. Attention to historical textures as sources of value and the main structure of historical cities is an important issue that is sometimes forgotten in the planning of comprehensive and new urban development. The main purpose of this research is to identify and preserve historical monuments using modern design methods in order to keep these elements efficient and educational. The target population in this research is the historical monuments located in the 4th section of the Samen project, around the holy shrine of Imam Reza. The research method in this paper is descriptive-analytic. For this purpose, Studies about the different methods of preservation and maintenance have been collected in the form of documents. Field studies have been done to recreate the new architectural space using existing works. Eventually, Infill design has been proposed to preserve historical valuable works in the mentioned area.

To achieve sustainable development, many organizations are planning to employ environmental management systems Therefore, the establishment of management systems such as environmental management systems and green human resources can play a significant role in achieving this goal. This research aims to present a Green Human Resource Model (GHRM) and to define the indicators and components of HRM. At first, using the Delphi method, a rough questionnaire has been developed and then, using a snowball sampling method, the data was collected through semi-structured interviews with human resources experts including management and environmental science professors and human resources specialists in Mashhad’s municipality. After the analysis of the recorded interviews, the green HRM components were identified. In the quantitative phase, a questionnaire was developed using the data collected from the Delphi steps and gathered from the experts. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested using the construct validity method. Utilizing the Cochran formula, 384 municipality staffs take part in the study. Applying structural equations and using the STATA software, the hypotheses were checked the results are as follow: out of eight indicators regarding HRM model, education development and employees’ participation enhancement were not statistically significant. However, the other 6 indicators influenced Mashhad’s municipality environmental performances. According to the estimated standard coefficients, the green development index and green organizational culture development have had the most impact on Mashhad municipality’s environmental performance. The other important factors include green monitoring and evaluation indices, managerial relationships development, development of rewards and compensation for green services and finally, the green choice development. These indicators have had the highest impact on environmental performance, respectively.

Many environmental problems are caused by individual behaviors, but in contrast, the behaviors are influenced by other factors. For resilience in these situations, therefore, it is necessary to adopt individual and social behaviors based on social-ecological aspects. The research aims were to identify the extent of environmental behaviors of citizens of Razavieh city, Khorasan-Razavi province, Iran, and also influencing factors towards pro-environmental behaviors. According to the Cochran formula, 334 households were selected by systematic random sampling method and were surveyed by a researcher-made questionnaire for collecting data. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the citizens’ environmental behaviors with the variables of environmental knowledge, awareness, belief, and value, as well as, age. Of course, environmental behavior varies by gender, marital status, education level, and occupation. Furthermore, the findings revealed that the citizens were environmentally friendly, and enthusiastically tend to participate in urban development activities. Since the best option to succeed in any development project is rooted in the scale and availability of community engagement, it is crucial to focus on regional and local collaboration in cities to achieve the best environmental behaviors. However, according to the concept of sustainable citizenship behavior, the findings of this research would provide an environmental horizon and also highlight types of future environmental policies in urban watershed management.

Education is not limited to chalk and talk in the 21st century, but learning science is possible through different formats and methods. Meanwhile, visual representations of a city could be considered by a system of signs and based on the opposition between emotional motivation and the visible structure of the material world and through a complex system of signs, as well as social, economic, and cultural characteristics of the communities. Hence, these visual representations of the cities play an important role in the metamorphosis of urban spaces; besides reproduction or elimination and decline of semantic values during time. With this approach, the main purpose of this paper is to study the function feasibility of theme parks in the realization of learning city. This topic is important for urban planning studies, more than ever with respect to the concepts and theoretical and practical configurations. In regard to its purpose and nature, this study is an applied research, and based on its method it is a descriptive-analytical study. The study was carried out in September 2017. Thus, 34 items with seven components and four indicators have been identified to check the thematic parks for the realization of a learning city. Mental model software is used to analyze the performance of the indicators. Confirmatory factor analysis was used in SMART PLS software to confirm or reject the performance findings of the indicators. The research results showed that the items have been effective in the theme parks with different coefficients (from high to low impacts) and with an increasing trend in the realization of learning city, in this way, the indicators of continuity in activities, creating conditions for healthy competition, identifying competencies and moral excellence have had the greatest impacts and centrality with effect 11.21, 10.58, 10.45 and 10.41, respectively. Also, the findings of confirmatory factor analysis showed a strong relationship between the performance of theme parks and the learning city by confirming the relationship among the indicators, in Mellat Park of Zanjan.

According to human needs assessment indicators, children have a more limited range of needs than adults. In this regard, the hypothesis is that creating children-friendly environments in urban spaces in addition to increasing satisfaction of children, increases the overall satisfaction of urban spaces and, consequently, urban sustainability. At first, the components of satisfaction of adults from urban spaces were obtained based on the research components "Zenker", using the "back translation" tool and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.736. Questionnaires were randomly collected from two parks of Qeytarie and Niavaran from District 1 of Tehran from 90 people in two children playgrounds and a space without children in each park. The results indicate that the overall satisfaction rate in children playground is three times higher than that in the absence of children. The positive role of the presence, vitality and security components proven in earlier studies was achieved. By expanding the child-friendly environment, we have attempted to reach a generation of environmentally friendly children. This important issue in future research can be considered a novel approach in explaining the components of environmental education and sustainable urban development.

In this research, First use of countries of Internet technology in various cases has analyzed. Then with the analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT), the effects of technology on environment sustainable development is investigated. Results showed that these effects are both positive and negative. For example, the possibility of monitoring the environment, creating a smart grid systems, the possibility of digital download to reducion traditional physical products and lifestyle changes (green consumerism) are the positive effects and the high energy consumption of hosting equipment of data centers of ICT, waste electronics, harmful emission are the negative effects of using ICT in the process of sustainable development. Generally correct use of information and communication technology causes promotion of environmental planning and management capacity, natural disaster management, increasing energy efficiency on a global scale, the emergence of "Green Economy" as a new engine of growth economy around the world. On the other hand restricting factors such as access to the technology, the infrastructures and sharing, and security of information, cost and lack of possibility of proper recycling of electronics will prevent you from using all the potentials of this technology. Therefore, use of these technologies with respect to all aspects of cultural, economic, political and social are essential in order to preservation and promotion of environmental quality in line with sustainable development.
