The present study aims to identify the factors that cause the marginalization of the presentation of the INTRODUCTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT course. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, specifically the Grounded Theory Method, with the participation of professionals and experts in a Delphi panel. The study's participants included teaching Vice-Chancellors of all faculties at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, specialized professors of the course, and executive officials at the Department of the Environment of Razavi Khorasan Province. A semi-structured interview was conducted through targeted sampling. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached, and the resulting transcripts were analyzed and coded to identify the main and secondary topics. The results show that the causal conditions for the marginalization of the course presentation are "non-compulsory presentation," "conflict of interests among the presenters," "lack of monitoring the quantity and quality of the presentation of this course," "lack of integration of the course content across different academic disciplines," and "weakness in informing and explaining the importance of presenting this course." The contextual conditions include "management transition and conflict of views among educational managers" and "lack of information and activism among students." The intervening conditions are "lack of textbooks and curriculum transparency" and "resistance to new contents and lecturers." Proposed strategies to address these issues include "creating the authority to present and monitor the course," "making the course compulsory," "preparing textbooks, setting the curriculum, and establishing a specialized team of lecturers," and "implementing sensory education." The predictable consequences of implementing these strategies are "increasing environmental awareness," "strengthening the spirit of environmental activism among students," and "organizing environmental education and nature experience at the higher education level." Finally, the study presents a paradigm model that offers a comprehensive approach to higher education policymakers.

Considering the intensity of energy consumption and its environmental consequences, especially global warming and air pollution, this study investigates the energy consumption behavior among the citizens of Isfahan, one of the most polluted cities in Iran. While investigating the relationship between social/demographic variables and energy consumption behavior, this study's main emphasis is on investigating the effect of belief in the new ecological paradigm as an environmental attitude on the responsible behavior of people towards energy consumption. The research method is a survey. The statistical population is all the citizens of Isfahan city over 15 years old. Using Cochran's formula, a sample of 384 people was determined and selected by quota sampling. This study's results showed a relationship between people's education level and their economic status with energy consumption behavior. Also, environmental attitude and environmental knowledge have a relationship with energy consumption behavior. One of the most important results is that belief in the new ecological paradigm has an impact on people's behavior towards energy consumption, and belief in the limits of growth plays a significant role in this; People who acknowledge the limitations of land resources and environmental limitations for the growth of industrial society, consider environmental considerations more in the behavior of energy consumption. In this way, environmental education programs can strengthen these inhibiting beliefs in reducing energy consumption in different societies.

Considering the importance of the hotel industry within the tourism sector and the necessity of social responsibilities, this research aims to develop a social responsibility model tailored to Iran’s conditions, as no such model currently exists in the literature. This study employs a mixed-method approach within a survey research framework. In the first phase, interviews were conducted with managers of 4 and 5-star hotels in Tehran to gather insights on influential factors, strategies, and outcomes. These insights were categorized and codified into a model. In the quantitative phase, the model's components were assessed and validated for reliability and validity. The paths identified in the model were statistically examined, modified, and confirmed where necessary. The overall goodness of fit for the model was verified using the SRMR index. According to this model, social responsibility in the hotel industry is influenced by driving factors such as strategic commitment, stakeholder consideration, and moral commitment, which are themselves influenced by contextual conditions. Strategies to achieve social responsibility encompass various fields including human resources, marketing, communication, and green management. These strategies are affected by intervening conditions such as executive and managerial conditions, cultural conditions, media and communication conditions, and government facilitation. The outcomes of implementing social responsibility are seen in economic, social, environmental, and organizational sustainability. The contribution of this research lies in enhancing knowledge through the integration of factors influencing social responsibility, the strategies for its implementation, and the resultant outcomes into a coherent model, which has not been previously studied.

The best way to make individuals more conscious of the concerns and difficulties facing society is through education. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of tourists' experiences on environmental education through the resonance of the nature tourism destination brand and environmental education to visitors. Tourists' knowledge of the environment can be heightened through travel and nature tourism. Their experiences in the environment influence their knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding environmental issues. The host society suffers when tourism numbers exceed an area's ecological capacity, which lowers the quality of the tourism experience. If this problem is ignored, society will face social and environmental challenges. The greatest and most efficient method for educating people and instilling a sense of responsibility in them is through environmental education. The sample size was determined by Cochran's formula of 384 people. The sampling technique was convenience sampling, and the study's statistical population consisted solely of domestic tourists to Borujerd City. Expert judgments validated the research's validity, while Cronbach's alpha assessed its reliability. Through the resonance of the nature tourism destination brand and environmental education to tourists, as well as the resonance of the nature tourism brand on public environmental education, the research findings demonstrated that tourists' experience has a positive and significant effect on environmental education.

This study aimed to model and analyze the behavior of villagers in the Dasht-Room district regarding the conservation and exploitation of edible-medicinal plants, utilizing the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) and a descriptive correlation method. The statistical population included rural households in villages with at least 20 households in the Dasht-Room district (2807 households). Using Bartlett et al.'s sampling table, 119 households constituted the statistical sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-created questionnaire based on the PMT variables, which was validated by a panel of experts. To measure the reliability of the questionnaire, a pilot study was conducted outside the study site, and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.62-0.87) was calculated. The resulting coefficients indicated satisfactory reliability of the questionnaire. After data collection, the data were entered into SPSS21 software and analyzed using descriptive and inferential tests. The results showed that conservation behavior is moderate among the samples studied. The PMT variables are also significantly related to conservation behavior. In this regard, behavioral intention and self-efficacy had the strongest correlation. Based on hierarchical regression analysis, the mentioned variables effectively and significantly contributed to explaining the variance in conservation behavior. A path analysis indicated that “behavioral intention,” “perceived severity,” “response cost,” and “self-efficacy” had the greatest impact on conservation behavior. Emphasizing that protecting the environment is a shared responsibility, it is advised to use radio and television to promote the growth of medicinal plants suitable for each region's climate and to offer free seeds to those who request them.

Flooding is a worrying issue for society's development and requires the government's attention and the people's participation. For this reason, the United Nations always tries to help reduce the vulnerability of communities and empower them by approving various documents. In the meantime, the latest document approved by the United Nations called the Sendai Framework, provides solutions for the transition from climate risks. Iran is also one of the flood-prone countries in the world. Floods affect many people due to their high extent, but the gender consequences of floods are not neutral, and women are more vulnerable to disasters than men. During the 2020 flood, which was one of the biggest floods in Iran's history, women were also heavily involved. This research, which was conducted using the qualitative content analysis method, was conducted with the aim of investigating the destructive effects of floods on women and providing existing solutions based on the Sendai framework. The research data showed that economic damage, lack of education and information, lack of women's participation, health-related problems, and social damage were some of the special issues of women in floods. Therefore, by relying on the guiding principles of the Sendai framework, which includes the economic and social empowerment of women, the use of indigenous knowledge of local women, the support of women experts and researchers, future harm can be prevented. Therefore, it is suggested that women's needs and capacities should be given special attention in policy-making.

Sustainable consumer behavior can prevent the ever-increasing destruction of the environment, pollution, climate change, and the wastage of non-renewable resources. Fruits and vegetables are among the goods that are purchased continuously and in high volume by consumers, while they can spoil quickly and be wasted in high volume. Based on this, the analysis of sustainable consumer behavior in this market can provide a deeper understanding of this behavior to marketers, business owners, and consumers. In this regard, and to identify the dimensions of sustainable consumer behavior, the dimensions of sustainable behavior and factors affecting it have been identified through qualitative content analysis. Following this, using a field survey of 384 consumers in Tehran, the factors affecting the dimensions of sustainable behavior were identified, and finally, using Shannon's entropy, these factors were ranked. The data collection tool in the field survey was a researcher-made questionnaire, the reliability of which was determined through Cronbach's alpha and its validity with convergent and divergent validity indices. The findings show that sustainable consumer behavior can be defined in the four concepts of recycling, responsible shopping, social responsibilities, and responsible consumption, and the factors affecting it include individual values, individual characteristics, individual experiences, environmental knowledge, media, shopping habits, consumption habits, Institutional pressure, environmental attitude, and product characteristics, among which environmental knowledge, consumption habits, product characteristics, purchasing habits, individual characteristics, individual values, and environmental attitude are the most important respectively.

The present study aims to formulate and apply a paradigm model of integrated management promotion with an emphasis on sustainable development. The research method is mixed, utilizing an exploratory approach (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population in the qualitative part included 28 professors and elites in the field of management, while the quantitative part involved 480 craftsmen from Qazvin province. In the qualitative part, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 experts using the snowball method until theoretical saturation was reached. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among 300 samples using a relative cluster sampling method to measure the model. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by face, and content methods and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis with SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the qualitative part indicate that the model for promoting lean integrated management based on sustainable development encompasses four dimensions: program, implementation, control, and improvement, based on five axes: 1. Elements of Integrated Management Promotion: Macro Level: Cultural level promotion, technological upgrade, integration of management systems, systemic attitude, attention to the principle of change in customer needs. Intermediate Level: Purposeful communication with other industries, development of integrated strategies, attention to organizational changes in institutional management decisions, aligning the organization to achieve goals, creating organizational belonging, accountability and management commitment, and goal setting. Micro Level: Human resource empowerment, organizational justice, knowledge management, staff participation, management performance, continuous improvement. 2. Underlying Factors: Managerial characteristics, economic conditions, social security, social culture. 3. Interfering Factors: Political factors, economic factors, social factors, government interventions. 4. Consequences: Economic, social, environmental. 5. Continuous Improvement Strategies.

Environmental values are one of the key factors influencing consumers' purchase intentions and increasing their desire to buy green products, which is vital for the sustainable development of the environment. This study aimed to investigate the impact of environmental values on the intention to buy green products, mediated by ecological concerns and moderated by green trust (Case study: green food consumers in Tabriz). The statistical population of this study was green food consumers in the city of Tabriz. Due to the unlimited volume of the statistical population, the sample size was estimated to be 384 people based on Cochran's formula. Green food consumers completed questionnaires, and 384 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed. This research is descriptive-correlational in terms of the research method and employs a field survey for data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 25) and the SMART PLS2 software package. The results showed that environmental values have a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase green products and on environmental concerns. In addition, environmental concerns have a positive and significant effect on the intention to purchase green products. Environmental concerns mediate the relationship between environmental values and the intention to purchase green products. Finally, green trust moderates the relationship between consumers' environmental concerns and their intention to purchase green products.

The sudden increase in population in recent years has led to an over-consumption of resources, climate change, a rise in greenhouse gases, and the extinction of rare species. Efforts to protect the environment have become a global concern. The purpose of this study is to identify and classify the factors affecting green purchase behavior by consumers. The most important research need in the current situation is to identify the factors influencing changes in consumer behavior when purchasing. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. Documentary, library, and field studies have been used to collect the required information and data. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was distributed randomly among the clients of shared businesses in Tehran. The reliability of Cronbach's alpha in this study was 0.83. The size of the statistical population was determined based on Cochran's formula of 384 people. Exploratory factor analysis, KMO test, Bartlett, and Scree Cattle tests in SPSS software were used to analyze the internal overlap and factor correlation matrix. The results showed that the factors affecting green purchase behavior are: expansion of environmental knowledge, change in attitudes, behavioral control and social responsibilities, mental norms and self-perception, and lifestyle and values perceived by consumers, respectively.
