حق بر آموزش و حفاظت از محیط‌زیست، از مصادیق نسل سوم حقوق بشر است که در بهرهمندی از توسعه پایدار مؤثر میباشد و آلودگی محیط‌زیست، حیات همه موجودات زنده را به خطر می‌اندازد. هدف پژوهش، بررسی راهکارهای تحقق این حق با آموزش حفاظت از محیط‌زیست به دانش‌آموزان مقطع ششم ابتدایی است. این پژوهش، با بهرهمندی از روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی-میدانی درصدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که چالشها و ضرورت آموزش محیط‌زیست به‌عنوان یک حق بشری، به دانش‌آموزان مقطع ششم ابتدایی چیست؟ طبق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، آموزش محیط‌زیست در نظام آموزشی کنونی، هدفمند و باعث تحقق فرهنگ محیط‌زیست محور نمی‌گردد. داده‌های این پژوهش با بررسی اسناد محیط‌زیستی و حقوق بشری در حقوق بین‌الملل و حقوق ایران، ارائه پرسشنامه به 400 نفر، از دانش‌آموزان تهرانی، در سال 1398 به دست آمده است. جهت روایی و اعتبار داده‌ها، روش اعتبار صوری و آلفای کرونباخ و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس و اکسل استفاده شد که نشان می‌دهد برخورداری از شهروندان مسئول، تحقق توسعه پایدار با آموزش این موارد از سنین 11 تا 12 سال می‌تواند محقق گردد. چون دانش‌آموزان از این سن، توانایی درک، یادگیری و راهکاریابی را پیدا کرده‌اند و در ابتدای مسیر مسئولیت‌پذیری و قانون‌مداری هستند، از همین رو آموزشِ ایشان، نسلی آگاه با تفکری نقاد و مؤثر جهت تحققِ تغییری سازنده پدید می‌آورد که با برنامه‌ریزی دقیق، تألیف کتب و ترغیب دانش‌آموزان به تفکر انتقادی، کسب آگاهی، گفتوگو و مشارکت فعال بهتر میسر می‌گردد.

The climate resilience thinking, in the context of modern urban ecology, enables the integration of human and ecological factors and understanding of the interactions between them, develops sustainability strategies with respect to identification of interactions. An important discussion about upgrading resilience is paying attention to the participation of the people and the civil society, and it is also necessary to educate people about the environment. Therefore, the present research was aimed at investigating the direct role of environmental education in climate resilience and its effect on environmental asylum phenomena using a descriptive method of documentary analysis. The findings of the research suggested that sustainable development and ultimately, climate resilience will be achieved when environmental information is disseminated among people and through the participation of people in preserving the community. The importance of this issue has not been neglected from the point of view of international law, and several international documents have also been dedicated to this issue. Since the occurrence and evolution of climate resilience and as a result the sustainable development of countries depends on environmental education as the main pillar of each society, it is necessary to take measures in order to increase the environmental awareness of the people.
