چکیده

عدم آگاهی کافی کارکنان از دستورالعمل‌های بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست در محیط‌های کاری و متعاقباً انجام رفتارهای غیراصولی آنان باعث خسارت به خود، محیط‌زیست و کارفرمایان آنان می‌گردد. ازآنجایی‌که آموزش می‌تواند نقش مؤثری در ارتقا آگاهی و تغییر رفتار افراد داشته باشد، مطالعه‌ای با هدف تعیین «تأثیر آموزش مباحث ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط‌زیست بر میزان آگاهی و تغییر رفتار کارکنان یک کارخانه صنعت روی» انجام پذیرفت. این پژوهش به روش شبه آزمایشی با یک گروه آزمایش انجام گرفت. 26 نفر از کارگران واحد تولید شمش روی یک کارخانه کشور که از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی به عنوان گروه نمونه انتخاب شده بودند، مورد مداخله آموزشی در زمینه مباحث ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط‌زیست قرار گرفتند. ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در زمینه آگاهی و رفتار سنجی کارگران بود که روایی و پایایی آنها قبل از مطالعه به دست آمد و همچنین فرم OSHA آمریکا جهت جمع‌آوری سوابق حوادث قابل ثبت برای تعیین میزان عملکرد ایمنی آنها بود. داده‌های پرسشنامه‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS از طریق آزمون‌های اسمیرنف -کولموگروف، t وابسته و ویلکاکسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون‌ها با سطح اطمینان 95/0 نشان دادند، نمرات آگاهی، رفتارسنجی و میزان عملکرد ایمنی کارگران بعد از آموزش ارتقا یافته و آموزش تأثیرگذار بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The lack of sufficient awareness of the employees about safety, health and environmental guidelines at the work environment and consequently their non-standard behaviors in the areas mentioned above results in damage to themselves, the environment and their employers. Since education can play an effective role in promoting awareness and behavioral change among individuals, a study was conducted to determine “the impact of training on safety, health and environmental issues on the level of Awareness and behavior of employees in a zinc manufacturing Factory.” The present study was carried out using a quasi-experimental method with a test group. In this study, 26 employees of the ingot manufacturing unit in a Zinc factory who were selected by random sampling as a sample group was involved in the educational intervention in the areas of safety, health, and environment. Information gathering tools were researcher-made questionnaires on workers' knowledge and behavior, whose validity and reliability was obtained before the study, as well as the OSHA form for collecting records of recordable events to determine their safety performance. The Data analyzed by SPSS software version 22. The dependent t and Wilcoxon tests were used. The results of the tests showed that knowledge scores, behavior measurement, and the level of the safety performance of the workers after the training were improved and the practice was effective.
