رابطه ساختاری نگرش و دانش محیط‌زیستی با تمایلات رفتاری در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست: نقش میانجی رضایت گردشگر و فایده درک شده

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی رابطه­ ساختاری نگرش محیط­زیستی و دانش محیط­زیستی با تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست با نقش میانجی رضایت گردشگر و فایده درک شده در پارک ملی خار توران بود. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و با توجه به نحوه گردآوری داده­ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه گردشگران پارک ملی خار­توران بود. شرکت‌کنندگان 200 نفر از گردشگران بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. همه آنها مقیاس‌های نگرش و دانش محیط­زیستی، تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست، رضایت گردشگر و فایده درک­شده را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل تحلیل مسیر، تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که دانش محیط­زیستی اثر معنا­داری بر تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست دارد. دانش محیط­زیستی با میانجی­گری فایده درک شده اثر غیرمستقیمی بر تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست نداشت. دانش محیط­زیستی با میانجی­گری فایده درک شده و رضایت بر تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست اثر غیر­مستقیم داشت. نگرش محیط­زیستی اثر معناداری بر تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست داشت. نگرش محیط­زیستی با میانجی­گری رضایت گردشگر­ اثر غیرمستقیمی بر تمایلات رفتاری در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست داشت. درنتیجه دانش محیط­زیستی و نگرش محیط­زیستی می­توانستند به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم تمایلات رفتاری گردشگر در حفاظت از محیط‌زیست را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between environmental attitudes and knowledge with behavioral intentions in Conservation of Environment with the Mediating role of tourist satisfaction and Perceived Benefit in Khar Turan National Park. Regarding the goal, the current research was practical and according to the method of data collection, it was considered descriptive - correlation. The study population was consist of all tourists who visited Khar Turan National Park. Participants were 200 tourists selected by using convenience sampling method. All of them completed questionnaire scales. Data analyzed by the path analysis. The results showed that environmental knowledge has a significant effect on tourist behavioral intentions in the conservation of the environment. Environmental knowledge by mediating perceived benefit didn’t have an indirect effect on tourist behavioral intentions in the conservation of the environment. Environmental knowledge by mediating perceived benefit and satisfaction had an indirect effect on tourist behavioral intentions in the conservation of Environment. Environmental attitude had a significant effect on tourist behavioral intentions in Conservation of the environment. Environmental attitude by mediating tourist satisfaction had an indirect effect on tourist's behavioral intentions in Conservation of the environment.In conclusion, environmental knowledge and environmental attitudescould directly affect the tourist behavioral intentions in Conservation of Environment.
