نقش فرهنگ‌سازمانی سبز، استراتژی نوآوری سبز و مقررات محیط‌زیستی در پیش‌بینی عملکرد سبز و مزیت رقابتی از طریق نوآوری سبز

چکیده

مسائل محیط‌زیستی به‌طور فزاینده‌ای برای صنایع تولیدی مهم هستند و تصمیم‌گیرندگان از یک‌سو با افزایش حساسیت عمومی، مقررات سخت‌گیرانه محیط‌زیستی و فشار رو به رشد سهامداران و از سوی دیگر، با مسائل اساسی دیگر، مانند گرم شدن کره زمین و فرسایش خاک مواجه هستند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش فرهنگ‌سازمانی سبز، استراتژی نوآوری سبز و مقررات محیط‌زیستی در پیش‌بینی عملکرد سبز و مزیت رقابتی از طریق نوآوری سبز در شرکت کاشی میلاد یزد انجام شد. بدین منظور، با استفاده از روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی و نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، 118 نفر از کارکنان این شرکت به‌عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد بود و جهت سنجش متغیر فرهنگ‌سازمانی سبز از پرسشنامه استاندارد بانرجی و همکاران (2003) و فراج و همکاران (2011)؛ متغیر استراتژی نوآوری سبز از پرسشنامه استاندارد سانگ و یو (2018)؛ متغیر مقررات محیط‌زیستی از پرسشنامه استاندارد یانگ و همکاران (2017)؛ متغیر نوآوری سبز از پرسشنامه استاندارد چن (2008)، چن و همکاران (2006) و روپر و تاپینوس (2016)؛ متغیر عملکرد سبز از پرسشنامه استاندارد یو و همکاران (2017) و متغیر مزیت رقابتی از پرسشنامه استاندارد چندلر و هانکز (1994) و ژو و همکاران (2009) استفاده شد و با روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری به آزمون فرضیات پرداخته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که فرهنگ‌سازمانی سبز و مقررات محیط‌زیستی، باعث بهبود نوآوری سبز می‌شوند. فرهنگ‌سازمانی سبز نیز، باعث بهبود عملکرد سبز و مزیت رقابتی می‌شود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که نوآوری سبز، باعث بهبود عملکرد سبز می‌شود و همچنین فرهنگ‌سازمانی سبز و مقررات محیط‌زیستی از طریق متغیر میانجی نوآوری سبز، باعث بهبود عملکرد سبز می‌شوند و مقررات محیط‌زیستی نیز از طریق متغیر میانجی نوآوری سبز، باعث بهبود مزیت رقابتی می‌شود و درنهایت پیشنهاد شد، شرکت کاشی میلاد یزد در استراتژی‌های خود به استراتژی‌های نوآوری سبز توجه بیشتری کرده و همچنین در فرهنگ‌سازمانی این شرکت، باید بر ملاحظات محیط‌زیستی تمرکز بیشتری شود.

چکیده [English]

Environmental issues are increasingly important to manufacturing industries, and decision-makers are faced with increasing public sensitivity, strict environmental regulations, and growing stakeholder pressure, in addition to other fundamental issues, such as global warming and soil erosion. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of green organizational culture, green innovation strategy, and environmental regulations in predicting green performance and competitive advantage through green innovation in Milad Tile Company of Yazd. For this purpose, using a descriptive-survey research method and available sampling, 118 employees of this company were selected as the statistical sample of the research. The tools for data collection were standard questionnaires, and to measure the variable of green organizational culture, the standard questionnaire of Banerjee et al. (2003) and Fraj et al. (2011) was used; for the green innovation strategy variable, the standard questionnaire of Song and Yu (2018); for the environmental regulation variable, the standard questionnaire of Yang et al. (2017); for the green innovation variable, the standard questionnaires of Chen (2008), Chen et al. (2006), and Roper & Tapinos (2016); for the green performance variable, the standard questionnaire of Yu et al. (2017); and for the competitive advantage variable, the standard questionnaires of Chandler & Hanks (1994) and Zhou et al. (2009) were used. The hypotheses were tested using the structural equation modeling method. The research findings showed that green organizational culture and environmental regulations improve green innovation. Green organizational culture also improves green performance and competitive advantage. Additionally, the results showed that green innovation improves green performance, and that green organizational culture and environmental regulations improve green performance through the mediating variable of green innovation. Environmental regulations also improve competitive advantage through the mediating variable of green innovation. Finally, it was suggested that Milad Tile Company of Yazd should pay more attention to green innovation strategies in its overall strategy, and also that more focus should be placed on environmental considerations in the organizational culture of the company.
