شناسایی پیشران‌های توسعه کارآفرینی در حوزه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر: ارائه مدل تفسیری ساختاری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهانه

چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر دستیابی به مدلی است که با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهانه، توسعه کارآفرینی در حوزه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر را تبیین نموده و مضامینی را به عنوان پیشران‌های مؤثر در این امر ارائه نماید. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت داده‌ها در گروه تحقیقات آمیخته اکتشافی قرار می‌گیرد. در بخش کیفی، از تحلیل محتوای استقرایی بهره گرفته شد و داده‌ها با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و از طریق پویش محیطی و انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 12 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری جمع‌آوری شد. در بخش کمی، از روش مدل‌سازی ISM و MICMAC استفاده شد که پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در اختیار 34 نفر از جامعه آماری قرار گرفت. در بخش کیفی 10 پیشران برای توسعه کارآفرینی در حوزه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر شناسایی شد که در بخش کمی مدل لایه به لایه حاصل از بهره‌گیری از تکنیک ISM و MICMAC در 5 سطح نمایش داده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که طراحی چشم‌انداز، سیاست‌گذاری مناسب و بهسازی قوانین و مقررات پیشران‌های زیربنایی و در حکم قدم نخست برای توسعه کارآفرینی در حوزه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر است. گام دوم مربوط به بهره‌برداری از پتانسیل‌های هر منطقه است. گام سوم به حساس‌سازی جامعه و آموزش می‌پردازد؛ گام چهارم بهبود مسائل زیرساختی، حمایتی و توسعه فناوری مطرح می‌شود و در نهایت در گام پایانی با به کارگیری مدیریت کارآفرینانه می‌توان از تمامی فعالیت‌هایی که در گام‌های پیشین مطرح شد به صورت کارا و اثربخش استفاده کرد.

چکیده [English]

The main goal of the current research is to achieve a model that explains the development of entrepreneurship in the field of renewable energy with a futures studies approach and presents themes as effective drivers in this matter. This study is practical in terms of its objective and, given its nature, falls into the category of mixed research, based on exploratory design. In the qualitative part, inductive content analysis was used and the data was collected by purposeful sampling and through environmental scanning and conducting semi-structured interviews with 12 experts in this field until reaching theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, the ISM and MICMAC modeling methods were used, and a researcher-made questionnaire with purposeful sampling was given to 34 people from the statistical population. In the qualitative section, 10 drivers for the development of entrepreneurship in the field of renewable energy were identified, and in the quantitative section, the layer-by-layer model resulting from the use of ISM and MICMAC techniques was displayed in 5 levels. The results show that vision design, appropriate policy and improvement of laws and regulations of infrastructure drivers are the first step for the development of entrepreneurship in the field of renewable energy. The second step is related to exploiting the potentials of each region. The third step deals with sensitization of society and education; The fourth step is to improve infrastructural issues, support and technology development, and finally, in the final step, by utilization entrepreneurial management, all the activities mentioned in the previous steps can be used efficiently and effectively.
