شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های استقرار و نگهداشت مدیریت سبز در دانشگاه گناباد

چکیده

در دهه‌های اخیر بشر خطر کم‌توجهی به محیط‌زیست را به‌خوبی درک کرده و امروزه، دغدغه‌های محیط‌زیستی از مهم‌ترین مباحث جامعه جهانی است. در این میان، مؤسسات آموزش عالی به‌عنوان قلب توسعه دانش در جهان، سهم قابل‌توجهی در بهبود محیط‌زیست دارند و به‌منظور کاهش میزان مصرف منابع، مواد، انرژی و هزینه‌های سازمانی، کنترل و حذف آلاینده‌های محیط‌زیستی، تربیت نیروی انسانی سبزاندیش و فرهنگ‌سازی در این ‌زمینه، نیازمند به‌کارگیری مدیریت سبز هستند. ازاین‌رو، این‌ پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های استقرار و نگهداشت مدیریت سبز در دانشگاه گناباد اجرا شد. این ‌پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب و روش کمی تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری فازی اجرا‌‌‌ شده‌ است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر، اسناد و مدارک گذشته در این ‌زمینه بوده و در این راستا 50 مقاله شناسایی گردید که پس از پالایش و کنترل کیفیت متون، تعداد هفت مقاله برای کدگذاری و تحلیل انتخاب‌شده و شاخص‌هایی از آن احصاء گردید. به‌منظور متناسب‌سازی این شاخص‌ها با دانشگاه موردمطالعه، نظرات و توافق جمعی خبرگان دانشگاه موردمطالعه، در قالب یک گروه تصمیم از مدیران دانشگاه، اخذ شد. در این‌ زمینه 44 شاخص در شش حوزه شناسایی شدند. در مرحله بعد، با استفاده از AHP گروهی– فازی و با مشارکت خبرگان، اهمیت هر یک از حوزه‌ها و شاخص‌ها تعیین شد. شاخص ناسازگاری برای جداول مقایسات زوجی کمتر از 1/0 به دست آمد. برای تعیین بهترین شاخص‌ها، با استفاده از تکنیک IPA–G–FGAHP، پس از تعیین اهمیت شاخص‌ها از یک‌سو و محاسبه شکاف آن‌ها از حالت مطلوب از سوی دیگر، شکاف موزون محاسبه شد و با توجه به توانمندی دانشگاه برای اجرای هر یک از آن‌ها اولویت‌های نهایی تعیین شد. با توجه به یافته‌ها، شاخص توجه مادی و معنوی برای توسعه محیط‌زیست در اولویت اول و شاخص‌های هوشمندسازی ساختمان‌ها، جذب و ذخیره آب، فضای بام برای جمع‌آوری آب باران و مدیریت آب‌های سطحی در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند.

چکیده [English]

In recent decades, the risk of neglecting the environment has become evident, and environmental concerns have emerged as one of the most critical issues of the global community. Higher education institutions, as the heart of knowledge development worldwide, play a significant role in environmental improvement. They need to reduce the consumption of resources, materials, energy, and organizational costs; control and eliminate environmental pollutants; train green-minded human resources; and cultivate an environmental culture. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the indicators for establishing and maintaining Green Management at the University of Gonabad. This study employed the qualitative method of Meta-Synthesis and the quantitative method of fuzzy decision-making techniques. The data collection tool for this research was past documents in this field. In this regard, 50 articles were identified, and after filtering and quality control of the texts, seven articles were selected for coding and analysis, and indicators were extracted from them. To adapt these indicators to the studied university, the opinions and collective agreement of university experts were obtained in the form of a decision-making team composed of university administrators. In this process, 44 indicators were identified across six categories. In the next step, using group-fuzzy AHP and with the participation of experts, the importance of each component and sub-component was determined. The inconsistency rate for all comparison tables was found to be less than 0.1. To determine the best scenarios, the IPA-G-FGAHP technique was applied. After determining the importance of the factors and calculating their deviation from the optimal state, the balanced gap was calculated. Based on the university's ability to implement each of these indicators, the final priorities were established.According to the findings, material and spiritual attention to environmental development was given the highest priority. The next priorities included water absorption and storage, utilizing roof space for rainwater collection, smart building technologies, and surface water management.
