برآورد میزان دانش و نگرش محیط‌زیستی و رابطه آن با عوامل سیاسی- اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان کشاورزی استان‌های همدان و کرمانشاه)

چکیده

رشد جمعیت و آلودگی حاصل از فعالیت­های آنها و تغییرات اقلیمی قرن اخیر، نگرانی­ ها را در مورد حفظ محیط زیست برای نسل آینده بیشتر کرده است. به طوری­که امروزه در بیشتر دنیا ترویج دانش و نگرش زیست ­محیطی یکی از گرایش­ های مهم فکری و راهبردهای سیاسی است. توسعه این تفکر در سازمانهای مردم نهاد مثل شرکت­های دانش ­بنیان نیز در صدر قرار دارد. بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش، سنجش دانش و نگرش محیط‌زیستی کارکنان شرکت­های دانش ­بنیان کشاورزی و رابطه آن با عوامل سیاسی ـ اجتماعی بود. این تحقیق از روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی است که از نظر ماهیت از نوع پژوهش­ های کمّی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کارکنان و مدیران شرکت­های دانش­ بنیان کشاورزی استان کرمانشاه و همدان تشکیل دادند. تعداد این افراد براساس آخرین آمار مراکز رشد استان کرمانشاه و همدان 175 نفر بود. برای تعیین جامعه نمونه از روش تمام­ شماری استفاده شد که در این پژوهش تعداد 175 نفر در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. ابزار اصلی تحقیق در مرحله میدانی پرسشنامه بود. سؤالات پرسشنامه شامل سه بخش بود: سؤالات بخش اول را ویژگی ­های دموگرافیکی کارکنان تشکیل دادند، بخش دوم را مقیاس برای سنجش میزان دانش و بخش سوم را مقیاسی برای سنجش نگرش زیست­ محیطی کارکنان و مدیران تشکیل داد. شاخص ­ها و مقوله­ های مورد نظر برای سنجش نگرش زیست­ محیطی از مقیاس  NEP مبنای کار قرار گرفت. پس از طی فرآیند داده‌ پردازی، محاسبات آماری (توصیفی و استنباطی) با استفاده از برنامة SPSS15 وAmos22انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می­ دهد، سیاست­گذاری­ های دولتی، پایبندی خانواده به حفظ محیط زیست، رسانه، عضویت درNGO ، تحصیلات و آموزش موجب تغییر در نگرش افراد به محیط زیست می­ گردد.

چکیده [English]

Population growth and pollution resulting from their activities and climate changes of the last century, has increased concerns about preserving the environment for future generation so that nowadays environmental knowledge and attitude improvement is one of the major intellectual trends and political strategies in most countries of the world. Development of  this critical thinking has the first rank in NGOs such as the knowledge-based companies. The main objective of this study was to assess the environmental knowledge and attitude of staffs in agricultural knowledge-based companies and its relation with socio- political factors.This research is a descriptive- correlational one and it’s a quantitative research in terms of its nature. The statistical population were Kermanshah and Hamadan knowledge-based companies staffs and managers. According to latest statistics of  growth centers the number of people was 175 in Kermanshah and Hamadan. The census method was used for determining the sample size in this study, 175 people participated in the study. In a survey, instrument of the research was a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained three parts: the first part were staffs demographic questions, Part II was an scale formed for measuring the knowledge of  staffs and managers and Part III was related to their environmental attitude.The related indicators and categories for assessing the environmental attitude from NEP scale were selected as the basis of the project.  After the process of data processing, statistical analysis (descriptive and inferential) using the  SPSS15, Amos22 softwares was done. The results show that government policy makings, family commitment to protecting the environment, media,  being a member of the NGO, education and training lead to changes in people's attitude to the environment.
