تاثیر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بنادر بر توسعه شهرهای ساحلی: مطالعه‌ای با رویکرد آمیخته

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر مسیولیت پذیری اجتماعی بنادر بر توسعه شهرهای ساحلی انجام شده است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است که از لحاظ ماهیت و شکل اجراء با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) انجام شده است. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 13 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران ارشد سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی و در بخش کمی شامل 300 نفر از کارکنان سازمان بنادر و دریانوردی می‌باشد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها در دو بخش کیفی و کمی به ترتیب از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. روایی پرسشنامه با روش روایی صوری-محتوایی و روایی همگرا مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی آن نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی تایید شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا و در بخش کمی از تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده در این تحقیق مشخص شد که مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بنادر از چهار منظر ارتقاء معیشت ساحل نشینان، توسعه گردشگری، توانمندسازی جوامع محلی و فراهم نمودن بستر برای توسعه پایدار بر توسعه شهرهای ساحلی تاثیر می‌گذارد. اعتبارسنجی الگوی بدست آمده در یک مطالعه پیمایشی نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از اعتبار مناسبی برخوردار است. در پایان این مقاله ضمن بحث راجع به یافته‌های تحقیق، رهنمودهای کاربردی نیز ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of ports' social responsibility on the development of coastal cities. This is an applied research that has been carried out with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. The statistical sample in the qualitative phase includes academic experts and senior managers of the Ports and Maritime Organization and in the quantitative phase includes 166 employees of the Ports and Maritime Organization. A semi-structured interview and a questionnaire were used to collect data in qualitative and quantitative phases, respectively. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by face-content validity and convergent validity and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability. The content analysis method was used to analyze the data in the qualitative part and the partial least squares technique was used in the quantitative part. Based on the results obtained in this study, it was found that the social responsibility of ports from four perspectives of improving the livelihood of coastal residents, tourism development, empowerment of local communities and providing a platform for sustainable development affect the development of coastal cities. Validation of the model obtained in a survey study showed that the proposed model has good validity. At the end of this article, in addition to discussing the research findings, practical implications are provided.
