شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده آموزش و مشارکت مردمی در فعالیت های شهرداری تهران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی عوامل بازدارنده و پیش‌برنده آموزش و مشارکت مردمی در فعالیت­های شهرداری تهران انجام شده‌است. روش تحقیق از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی (پیمایشی) و از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه­ای محقق ساخته مشتمل بر 40 گویه در مقیاس 5 درجه‌ای لیکرت بوده است که روایی آن از نظر صوری، محتوایی و سازه بررسی شده است و پایایی آن با اجرای آزمایشی بر روی نمونه­ای 30 نفره و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (82/0) بدست آمده است. داده­های گردآوری شده به کمک روش­های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی همچون تحلیل عاملی، آزمون t برای دو گروه مستقل، تحلیل واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که به ترتیب هفت عامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، فناوری، انگیزشی، مدیریتی و آموزشی از جمله عوامل بازدارنده و پیش برنده آموزش و مشارکت مردمی در فعالیت­های شهرداری تهران هستند.

چکیده [English]

The research has been done for revising the deterred and motivating factors of public education and participation, in various tasks of Tehran Municipality. The method of research was functional in the view of collecting descriptive information and the goal. The sample categories coincident with sampling procedure were data collection based on a questionnaire consisting of 40 items with Lucent 5 scale size. The queries investigated the simulation, content, structures and permanence of performing an experiment on 3 categories of samples together with calculating Cronbach's alpha rate (82 percent). The collected data’s have been analyzed with SPSS software by descriptive and inferential statistics manners like come test, factor analysis, “t” test for 2 independent groups, variance analyzing and “Tuki” post hoc test. The results of data processing show that social, economic, cultural, technologic, motivating, managing and educational are so important in motivating and deterrent of education in increasing of civic participation in Tehran municipality activities.
