چکیده

در این پژوهش ابتدا به بررسی آماری استفاده کشورها از فناوری اینترنت در موارد مختلف پرداخته و سپس با روش تجزیه و تحلیل نقاط قوت، نقاط ضعف، فرصتها، تهدیدها(سوات)، آثار این فناوری بر توسعه ی پایدار محیط زیست بررسی می گردد. نتایج نشان داد که این آثار هم به صورت مثبت و هم به صورت منفی وجود دارند. به عنوان مثال امکان پایش محیط زیست، ایجاد سیستم های شبکه ای هوشمند، امکان دانلود دیجیتال جهت کاهش کالای فیزیکی سنتی و تغییرات سبک زندگی(مصرف گرایی سبز) از آثار مثبت و مصرف بالای انرژی تجهیزات هاستینگ فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات مراکز داده، پسماندهای الکترونیک، انتشار امواج مضر از آثار منفی استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات در روند توسعه ی پایدار می باشند. به طور کلی استفاده درست از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات باعث ارتقای ظرفیت مدیریت و برنامه ریزی محیط زیست، مدیریت بحران های طبیعی، افزایش بهره وری انرژی در مقیاس جهانی، ظهور «اقتصاد سبز» به عنوان یک موتور جدید رشد اقتصاد در سراسر جهان می شود. از طرف دیگر عوامل محدود کننده ای مانند دسترسی به این فناوری، وجود زیر ساختها و قابلیت به اشتراک گذاری و امنیت اطلاعات، هزینه و نبود امکان بازیافت صحیح وسایل الکترونیکی مانع استفاده از تمامی پتانسیلهای این فناوری می گردد. بنابراین به جهت حفظ و ارتقای کیفیت محیط زیست در راستای توسعه ی پایدار استفاده ی درست از این فناوری ها همراه با در نظر گرفتن تمامی جنبه های فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی امری ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

In this research, First use of countries of Internet technology in various cases has analyzed. Then with the analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT), the effects of technology on environment sustainable development is investigated. Results showed that these effects are both positive and negative. For example, the possibility of monitoring the environment, creating a smart grid systems, the possibility of digital download to reducion traditional physical products and lifestyle changes (green consumerism) are the positive effects and the high energy consumption of hosting equipment of data centers of ICT, waste electronics, harmful emission are the negative effects of using ICT in the process of sustainable development. Generally correct use of information and communication technology causes promotion of environmental planning and management capacity, natural disaster management, increasing energy efficiency on a global scale, the emergence of "Green Economy" as a new engine of growth economy around the world. On the other hand restricting factors such as access to the technology, the infrastructures and sharing, and security of information, cost and lack of possibility of proper recycling of electronics will prevent you from using all the potentials of this technology. Therefore, use of these technologies with respect to all aspects of cultural, economic, political and social are essential in order to preservation and promotion of environmental quality in line with sustainable development.
