Abstract
With the complexity of environmental issues creation environmental literacy in different social groups has become inevitable. Achieve to this important goal requires use of management and education modern findings. According with theorists opinion of social sciences, the education is most effective of strategy for management the social challenges. On the other hand with called the third millennium to knowledge age, Public attention has led to the Strategic concepts such lifelong learning and education. Learning Organization in currently scientific literature is one of the theories that has been proposed with aim The effective management of learning in human systems. System approach to learning is the Basis the subject of Learning Organization that Finally, increase the adaptability one of the system with strategic approach. The learning organization theorists believe that in each the Social organization can with relying on the five of principle " individual Ability, Mental models, Common Vision, Team learning and Systems thinking" institutionalize the Learning in all system elements and components. Characteristic such as complexity, diversity and environment multi-sectoral show Theory of learning organization can be effective in the development of environmental awareness. A documentary study of the Specific and Common characteristics of learning organizations and environmental issues can demonstrated that principles of learning organization how can provide proper context for environment education development.
