چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل اهداف و انگیزه‌ها­ی کشاورزان ارگانیک­کار و موانع توسعه‌ کشت ارگانیک در شهرستان روانسر بود، که به‌صورت پیمایشی به واکاوی دیدگاه گروه‌ هدف پرداخته است. جامعه‌ آماری تحقیق شامل کشاورزان ارگانیک‌کار غلات شهرستان روانسر هستند که تعداد 51 کشاورز ارگانیک‌کار به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که کشاورزان ارگانیک‌کار بیشترین اهمیت را برای سلامت غذایی و نیز فواید کوتاه‌مدت آن قائل بوده­اند و به ترتیب اولویت، ابتدا انگیزه‌های اجتماعی، سپس انگیزه­های زیست­محیطی و درنهایت انگیزه­های اقتصادی و مادی برای کشاورزان ارگانیک کار ایجاد انگیزش می­کنند. مهم‌ترین موانع کشت ارگانیک را در بازار رسانی و عدم‌حمایت دولت از این نوع محصولات، عدم وجود استانداردهای لازم جهت تأیید و عرضه این محصولات به بازار و عدم آموزش و اطلاع‌رسانی در این زمینه ذکر کرده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to examine the goals, motivation, barriers of organic farmers in Ravansar County, Kermanshah, Iran. This study was a descriptive-correlation research. The population of the study was organic farmers in Ravansar. Organic farmers were selected from a list of certified farmers obtained from Agriculture Organization. Among them, 51 organic farmers were selected based on a simple sample randomized method. Data analysis was done with SPSS software. The results showed that organic farmers have had the most importance for the health of food and short-term benefits. In order of preference, statement “organic farming can assure world food production” and “organic products are healthier” was the first priority, and in ecological statement “organic farming can improve soil fertility and structure” and economic statement “organic farming can assure the future of a farm” create motivation for organic farming. The most important barriers of organic farming like marketing and the lack of government support for these products, lack of required standards in order to confirm and supply of products to the market and lack of training and informing have mentioned in this context.
