چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطه یکپارچگی مشارکت کارکنان با عملکرد محیطی با توجه به نقش استراتژی‌های محیط‌زیستی پیشگیرانه و دیدگاه مشترک محیط‌زیستی در بین کارمندان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی و برحسب نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه موردبررسی در این پژوهش به‌طورکلی (کارکنان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی) برابر با 960 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت خوشه‌ای و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان برابر با 274 نفر است. از پرسش‌نامه‌ای استاندارد و بومی‌شده استفاده شد و پایایی و روایی پرسش‌نامه‌های پژوهش مورد تائید قرار گرفت. تحلیل‌های لازم در پژوهش به کمک نرم‌افزار SMART PLS انجام‌ شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که یکپارچگی مشارکت با استراتژی‌های محیط‌زیستی پیشگیرانه و استراتژی‌های محیط‌زیستی پیشگیرانه با عملکرد محیط‌زیستی رابطه معنادار دارد و دیدگاه مشترک این دو رابطه را تعدیل می‌کند و همین‌طور استراتژی محیط‌زیستی پیشگیرانه یکپارچگی در ارتباط مشارکت با عملکرد محیط‌زیستی نقش میانجی دارد و مقدار تمامی فرضیات پژوهش مثبت و معنادار است. درنهایت باید بیان کرد کارکنان اغلب مسئولیت‌های مربوط به فعالیت‌های مدیریت محیط‌زیستی را آغاز می‌کنند و در بسیاری از موارد دارای دانش منحصربه‌فرد از شرکت‌های خود هستند. باید به کارکنان کلیدی در سازمان بها داد و مطمئن بود که این افراد در رسیدن به سازمان به اهدافشان مثمر ثمر خواهند بود و اهداف محیط‌زیستی سازمان و جامعه را تأمین خواهند کرد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee participation and environmental performance due to the role of preventive environmental strategies and environmental perspective among staff and faculty members of Sistan and Baluchestan University. The present study is a descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the study. The population under study in this research (staff and members of the faculty) is 960 people. Cluster sampling method. The sample size is 274 according to Morgan's table. A standard and indigenous questionnaire have been used and the reliability and validity of the research questionnaires have been approved. The necessary analysis in the research has been done with SMART PLS software. In this regard, five hypotheses have been developed with regard to the literature and research background, all of which have been approved. Findings indicate that the integration of partnership with preventive environmental strategies and preventive environmental strategies has a meaningful relationship with the environmental performance and modifies the common view of these two relations, as well as the preventive environmental strategy of integration in relation to partnership with biological functioning The environment has a mediating role and all of the research hypotheses are positive and significant. Ultimately, employees should often begin to be responsible for environmental management activities and, in many cases, have a unique knowledge of their companies. It should be paid to the key personnel in the organization and made sure that these people will achieve their goals in reaching the organization and will provide the environmental goals of the organization and society.
