طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی آموزش الکترونیکی در آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت کارکنان

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی آموزش الکترونیکی ضمن خدمت کارکنان دولت به‌منظور فراهم آوردن محیط‌های یادگیری الکترونیکی برای کارکنان و تدارک فرصت‌های یادگیری متناسب با شرایط فردی، شغلی و سازمانی و اعتباریابی الگو است. روش تحقیق تلفیقی (کمی و کیفی) می‌باشد و از طرح پژوهش تلفیقی اکتشافی و تبیینی به‌منظور تبیین جنبه‌های اصلی موضوع موردنظر استفاده شده است. مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد موضوع به‌صورت مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه موردبررسی و در قالب الگوی آموزش الکترونیکی تدوین گردید. برای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از روش مقوله‌بندی و از روش تحلیل عاملی برای داده‌های کمی استفاده شد. درنهایت، الگوی پیشنهادی آموزش الکترونیکی ضمن خدمت طراحی و اعتباریابی شد. این الگو مبتنی بر مؤلفه‌های سیاست‌گذاری و راهبری در آموزش الکترونیکی، طراحی آموزشی بر اساس اصول پداگوژیکی و آنداراگوژیکی آموزش الکترونیکی، اجرا و پشتیبانی در آموزش الکترونیکی است. هرکدام از مؤلفه‌ها دربرگیرنده گویه های مشخصی هستند که در آموزش الکترونیکی ضمن خدمت کارکنان می‌تواند مبنای عمل قرار گیرد. الگوی پیشنهادی آموزش الکترونیکی با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرحله اول و دوم و نهایی اعتباریابی شد و اعتبار درونی الگو مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. با اجرای یک دوره آموزش الکترونیکی مبتنی بر گویه های الگوی پیشنهادی و یک دوره حضوری بدون در نظر گرفتن گویه های الگوی پیشنهادی، اعتبار بیرونی مدل بررسی شد و مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. دوره‌ای که به روش آموزش الکترونیکی مبتنی بر گویه های مدل پیشنهادی برگزار شده بود مؤثرتر و اثربخش‌تر بوده است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of research is designing and validating the E-learning model in in-service training in order to provide e-learning environment and learning opportunities for employees based on individual, vocational and organizational situation and validating the model. Research methods blended and research plan is exploratory blended that main elements and dimentiona of topic can be explained. The factors and dimentions of e-learning Model are collected through literature review and interview with subject matter experts and collected data is analysed. Finaly the E-learning Model is designed and validated internally and externaly. E-learning Model include three factors: E-learning policy making and steering, instructional designing based on pedagogy and andragogy principles and implementation and support. The factor is divided to several indexes and items that can be used in in-service training E-learning. The E-learning Model is validated using first, second and final of factorial analysis. External validation is validated implementing a E-learning course based on the items compared to face to face training course. E-learning course based on the items was  more effective than face to face training course.
