چکیده

با توجه به نقش آموزش عالی در پرورش متخصصان، توجه به آموزش محیط‌زیست در رشته­ های تخصصی و به‌ویژه رشته ­های مرتبط با صنعت از جمله مسئولیت ­های این نهاد است. اما در آموزش عالی ایران توجه به این­گونه آموزش ­ها در حد مطلوب نیست و در برنامه­ درسی اکثر رشته­ ها توجهی به آن نمی­شود. لذا هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی نیازهای آموزش محیط‌زیست برای دانشجویان رشته­ های مهندسی صنایع و مدیریت صنعتی بود. روش پژوهش آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی- متوالی بوده و به‌منظور این بررسی ابتدا با روش­های کیفی به بررسی نیازها و مؤلفه­ های آموزش محیط‌زیست رشته­ های موردنظر از طریق مصاحبه با 9 نفر از اساتید و تحلیل محتوای سرفصل­ های رشته ­های موردنظر در 8 دانشگاه در کشورهای دیگر پرداخته شد. سپس مؤلفه ­های به‌دست‌آمده از مرحله کیفی، تلخیص و تلفیق‌شده و به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی در اختیار 60  نفر از خبرگان قرار گرفت. داده­ های حاصل با استفاده از آزمون کای اسکوئر و آزمون فریدمن مورد تجزیه ­و­تحلیل قرارگرفته و نیازها اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که مؤلفه ­های دانش و مسائل کلی محیط‌زیست و صنایع و ملاحظات زیست‌محیطی در زنجیره­ تأمین در اولویت بالاتری نسبت به سایر مؤلفه­ ها قرار دارند.

چکیده [English]

Regarding to the role of higher education in the training of specialists, paying attention to environmental education in specialized fields, especially industries related to industry, is one of the responsibilities of this institution. However, in Iranian higher education, attention to such trainings is not desirable and in the curriculum of most disciplines, it is not considered. Therefore, the main purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the needs of environmental education for students of industrial engineering and industrial management. The research method is mixed exploratory-sequential and for this purpose, first with qualitative methods to study the needs and components of environmental education of the desired fields through interviews with 9 professors and content analysis of the topics of the desired fields in 8 universities in Other countries were discussed. Then, the components obtained from the qualitative stage were summarized and combined and provided to 60 experts for prioritization. The data were analyzed using chi-square test and Friedman test and the needs were prioritized. The results show that the components of knowledge and general issues of environment and industry and environmental considerations in the supply chain are in a higher priority than other components.
